I get the C curl "dolleye/cute" longer in the center 9-11mm in the silk material. The retention is great. I try to go every 2-2.5 weeks but they definitely last 3 weeks. Karen also does a really great job and I discovered her when Cat was on vacation. I trust both of them to do my lashes and love that I'm not lying there for 2-3hours. Booking appointment - called on a Friday and was able to get a Sunday appt fairly easily. They have multiple locations so make sure you schedule at the correct one. Person booking the appt advised me not to buy the Groupon, but salon will honor Groupon price if I showed them screenshot of the deal. Also mentioned an additional 5% off if I paid in cash. Inside - waiting area and a few lash chairs separated by curtains for privacy. Seemed moderately clean and pleasant. Service - before getting started the lash tech asked what style I wanted and the type of lashes (regular or silk for an up charge ~$40?). From reading reviews at their other locations, most ppl suggest to upgrade as the regular lashes were very cheap and plasticky. All things considered, I was expecting this to be a quick and rushed 45 min appt, but she took her time and we got done in about 1.5 hr. Lashes felt good and looked good, no stickies and I was pleasantly surprised since my expectations were low. I paid about $140 for hybrid with silk upgrade and using the Groupon price. I did not return for a fill, which they charge 50% off of full price not the Groupon price, which would've been around $85 2 week fill for me. Their website/Groupon makes you think you'll be paying less than $100 for a full set, therefore $50 for a fill. Too good to be true, I should've known. Overall, I wouldn't return for a few reasons: - Feels scammy. Prices are advertised as super low, but you have to jump through a bunch of hoops, and still end up paying more. I went knowing that this wasn't going to be a top notch service but was willing to compromise for the price point, which ended up costing more than I had originally expected. - Don't want to say too much but the # of not recommended reviews are there for a reason. - At this price range, I'd prefer to go to a tech who is proud of their craft and pays more attention to quality of their work over quantity of clients in and out. However, if you are looking for somewhere with a wide appt availability, this might be for you. Keep in mind that it may be difficult to return to a tech you like since it seems they just book you with whoever is available. Prices are on the lower to average range, especially considering they are a salon and not home based. read more

Early in the morning and late at night for so many last minute appointments! So glad they have an Irving location! I've had lashes on and off for the last decade and Cat at Lisa's lash is one of the best. Appointments are easy to schedule, lash variety is great (I started doing silk which is much better IMO thank mink) and they're always on time.
