Very clean salon with lots of polish choices. Naty is great. Gives the best manicures and pedicures. She pays attention to detail and is pure perfection. My only complaint with the salon is they keep increasing their prices for fill manicures. I can get one for $13 cheaper (excluding the tip) at another local salon. Naty is so good that I don't mind the debit card fee but hard to take the $13 increase. :( read more

After salon hopping for the last several months in search of someone to do a dip manicure to my liking, I stubbled upon Katie at Nails & Hair 360. Not only is she super meticulous, she pays close attention to details; a perfectionist in every sense of the word. Katie is friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you are pleased with the services she provides; she also gave me a shoulder massage afterwards...an unexpected but very nice treat I might add. The only issue I have with this salon is the ridiculous upcharge if you use your debit card; I had to clutch my pearls when I found out I was being price gouged / charged an extra $5 for not paying and tipping with cash. My daughter wanted her eyebrows waxed at the last minutes so we pulled into Nails 360 close to our home. She's old enough to run in alone and I waited in the car. They butchered her brows! They were skinny with one much skinnier than the other. There was a piece missing from one! The lady had waxed that brow twice! I went in and they wanted her to come back in to fix them. It was ok nothing spectacular or horrible just average I asked for design on my big toes again a extremely basic average design just simple lives nothing at all to it.... You can't force people to tip . This place has a sign saying any service over $20 requires a 15% tip . The water was blazing hot for my pedicure and I have a high tolerance for hot water . The pedicure and manicure were rushed and they paint the nail halfway . Not a good place not friendly they rush and their massages hurt and they overcharge . Manicure and pedicure should not be $34 !! Also the colors are old and they use thinners on the colors so the nail polish does not last ! read more

They do a decent job but they up-charge for everything. Even though they did my full set and do my fill every two weeks, they still charge me if the acrylic chips and they have to fix the nail when I come in for my fill. I've never heard of that. They have certain polishes that cost extra...matte finish costs extra......if you have to tip on your card it costs extra...feels unnecessary to up-charge your regular customers for nail polish when you are a nail salon. Overall, disappointed to have to find a new place, this one was convenient. read more

NEVER (cant stress this enough) GO HERE! Ive been coming here for years and have settled with it for too long. I came in for a SNS manicure looking for a color that I've gotten here before. The color was about 10 shades too bright, and even though I asked if there was another better color, I was told that my nails "will look fine" because she "knew what she was doing". She obviously didn't - I was so disappointed with the job they did on my did on my nails, I even went back in and asked if they could possibly fix them. The owner said that this was "my own problem", and if I want them fixed, I'd have to pay another $50 for her to take the polish off and put a new one on. WTF? Talk about pleasing the customer. I only gave this nail salon one star so I can write a review. Place deserves no stars. When we called we asked prices and if they were covid safe. They said yes!!!! The salon, I use the word salon with caution, was filthy! The nail stations were dirty n when I asked her to clean it she got annoyed n started to talk in her language to girl next to her . She tried to use someone else's file on me n I had to tell her to stop. The polish was so old n thick she had to thin it with polish remover!!!! The "Pedicure" lasted no more than 10 minutes n there was nothing special or extra done. No creams no massaging. Worse pedicure I have ever gotten. They quoted me one price on phone n tried to charge me $10 extra when she started to do nails at her filthy station. I told her to just polish my nails because I couldn't wait to leave. Station to dry nails the machines were filthy that my daughter left without drying her nails. I couldn't wait to get in my car to sanitize my hands n feet. The only thing this place has going for it is it's cheap prices... But keep in mind you get what you pay for. Went there once and had the worst experience! My cuticles were cut so much that my hands hurt for a week... They get polish all over your fingers and cut it out using the cuticle cutter instead of cleaning it off the normal way... My gel manicure only last a few days. The Polish peeled off. I think because they painted over the left over filing on my nail... They couldn't even do a simple design I wanted partly because they lady did not understand me! Never going back read more

I am a frequent customer of this nail salon, and I always tip my nail technicians well. I just got off the phone with the most disrespectful and trashy woman on the planet, aka the receptionist. I called to get some information regarding coffin shaped tips/a full set (which I've never had before) so I had some questions regarding pricing and the process. She told me that they start at around $40 and up, so I said "OK so like $40 or so, I can deal with that--" and she interrupts me and goes "NO, noooo I didn't say that!" and proceeded to make me feel stupid and give me an attitude. She then got flustered and said "Ugh are you good? Do you-- Ugh just hold on!!!" And puts the phone down for six minutes. I hung up because I assumed she forgot me (and because she made me feel like a burden), and she called me back. I asked her my last question which was about the price of the fill and she says AND QUOTE, "*sigh* oh my GOD you're killing me here!!!" At this point I flipped out, and I told her they just lost a customer because of her awful attitude, and that they need to find a new receptionist. It's a shame because the ladies in there are always nice to me, but I can't see that place standing for too much longer if they are going to let their NY trash receptionist talk to their customers like that!! read more

Pedicure was fine, except the girl didn't even bother cutting my cuticles until I asked why, and then she decided to cut them. My gel manicure lasted just a few days!!!! which deceives the whole idea of a gel polish. I've been going here for alittle over a year I never used to make appointments until the past few months after I found a nail tech that I really like & I began making appointments with her. These past couple weeks have been pretty busy for me (I work retail) so I never made my 2 week appointment. Finally after 3 weeks I had a few hours to come in. I tried calling FIVE times no one answered. So I do a walk in & ask if I could wait for my nail tech. She had an appointment in a hour & was already with someone. So I say "no problem I'll let anyone do my fill" the lady in the front says "well we all have appointments" mind you I'm looking at 2 people getting pedicures and one person getting a fill & 5 employees standing in the front!!! And when I told Her I tried calling 5 times before coming in she gave me a sob story on being on the phone with customers. Very inconsistent, had pretty good job done first 3-4 times i was there. Lately the quality has gone down and wantwd to give them a try but this Last time I was there the nail tech filed my nails so hard it was burning my skin. He cut one of my cuticles.
