I have been going there for a few years now before it was just for my regular nail polish and pedicure. Now I've switched over to sculpting gel. Before Covid, they used to serve you which I wish they still did but I get it. I go to Johnny or Lisa and I absolutely love my nails sets. My nails have grown so long. I know they look fake, but they're mine in most of the photos I started with tips then they grew out with the sculpting gel on top. Right now only one is fake cause I use it to open soda cans cause it keeps breaking off but that's on me. The atmosphere is great. I love that. They offer a shoulder back massage while you are getting your nails done first 1 min free then after $15 ever 10 mins. Everybody is really really nice and accommodating. I'll say this! Yes it's more expensive than other places! BUT my nails last! I lived in Orange County CA my whole life before moving here and so I'm really picky cause the standards in OC are pretty high due to the amount of good salons out there. I came here based on reviews, I stick to a few people and my nails always come out great. If you show a photo of a color they help you find it, they're not that talkative but they're kind and attentive. The gal who welcomes you is always very nice and she keeps it all in order! It might seem rude to not have walk ins always available but they are peaceful and not chaotic like other salons and that's totally part of the experience! I would highly recommend them! I am very surprised that this place is not rated lower. I have been there twice and have been highly underwhelmed with my experiences. For starters, the first time the technician who did my nails was very nice. However, her abilities were subpar and my nail polish was stacked on thick. The second time I went, the manager, Vicky was very rude to me. Why you ask? Simply because I asked the nail technician to soak my nails in warm water before she pushed my cuticles back. This is something that I have had done many many times when receiving a gel manicure. However, Vicky raised her voice at me and told me that they don't do that because the polish won't stay. That is indeed not a fact, and rather just an excuse, not to do it. What really upset me about this entire interaction was that I was calm throughout the entire experience and did not appreciate her raising her voice in front of others. I told her such and will never be back and recommend that you don't visit either. The prices are high and that should be accompanied with a higher level of service. But 2nd time in a row Luna cut my finger during powder manicure, with no repentance or care to take care of the cut. The pedicure (young boy) was very rude. This was my first time here in awhile, and while I agree with this once being a 5 star establishment, it no longer comes close to that type of accolade. The prices are ridiculous. $55 for a pedicure with a barely done callus eliminator and an additional $25 for gel polish. Gel polish does not cost $25 per application nor really change much in terms of labor. I was then sent for a fill. It was okay. However, over $60 for it? The big glory of this place was the shoulder massages. They used to have lots of masseuses walking around. A basic shoulder massage was included, and there was the opportunity to tack on extra minutes for additional fees. I was really looking forward to this part but noticed no one was getting a shoulder massage. My technician got up when it was time and that was that! I took my niece to get a gel french mani with tips and a regular pedi as her Christmas present two days ago, and I rarely get my nails done, but I would for sure come back to this place. The only way to schedule is by calling, and the phone rang a lot the two hours that I was there with people calling to get their nails done in time for the holidays. My niece had Ruby, and she was so detailed, nice, and did exactly what she asked for (ie a little shorter, almond shaped, etc). If I could give Noble Nails a negative point, I would surely do it. I do NOT recommend Nobel Nails at all due to poor and pricy service and extremely rude staff. I brought my child in for nail polishing, and was shocked to find that prices had increased by 50%. While I understand that costs can go up, a 50% increase was far beyond what I expected. I believe it's reasonable to ask for clarification in such a case. After I had already made the payment, I politely asked whether this increase applied to all services. To my surprise, the front desk staff responded rudely, telling me I should be ashamed for even asking. Instead of providing an answer, she kept yelling at me and said she would remove the nail polish from my daughter's nails and issue a refund -- simply because I questioned the pricing. To make matters worse, another male staff member repeatedly told me not to come back if I had any issues with their prices. Both staff members continued to speak to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner, calling me "weird" and saying "how dare" I question their prices. I strongly do NOT recommend Nobel Nails. I have been searching for a nail salon that is consistent, high-quality, and quick like this one! I have been three times now and every time they provide amazing service. It is very easy to book an appointment and they follow their schedule in a timely manner. I have never had to wait for my appointment or been told they "lost" it, as I have been with multiple other nail salons in the area. I usually come about 10 minutes early and they still seat me. I have a previous gel manicure that needs to be taken off most of the times I come. I don't know how they do it, but just a few minutes after putting the acetone and foil on my nails the nail polish is peeling off!! And my nails are not damaged or dry. This process usually takes ~15 minutes at other salons. They don't do many fancy stylings like nail art and it doesn't seem like they're familiar with using gems, but they are very diligent and clean in their work. This makes the service efficient and pleasant. The price for a gel manicure is about $38 if I remember correctly. This is the regular price for salons in the area, but Noble Nails performs betters. I actually went to a high-scale salon in the area that charged me over $50 for a basic gel mani and it came out looking horrible. I'm glad I found this place! read more

Had an excellent pedicure from Nicole. You have several options to choose from with the basic starting at $35. Spend the extra $15 for the lavender option - it is worth it! The callous remover option is miraculous! My feet have never been so smooth. Everything at this salon is sanitized and very clean. They have state of the art massage chairs with a USB port for charging your phone. The free shoulder and 5 min leg massages were so relaxing and much appreciated! Alright - SO, I went in with two friends for a mani/pedi. Everything seemed to be going fine until corners were cut. At no point did they treat our heels/callouses, apart from a poorly placed cream. To be honest, they're in the same condition as before the pedicure. Upon further examination, the polish doesn't even cover the ends/edges of the nail, so it's already cracking. And then we got to the fun part - the manicure. I have never had a more painful or half-a$$ed job done in my life. Without soaking my nails or applying gel, she went to work, jamming back my cuticles with a nail file (WHAT?) and then just ripped up the cuticle bed to the point I was bleeding. The whole time she's audibly sighing and shaking her head, clearly upset with me. I honestly don't know what I could have done to deserve this, as I was merely chatting with my friends and doing my best to stay still and follow her instructions. Meanwhile, one of my other friends is receiving similar treatment, and I watched her manicurist stop at least a dozen times to treat cuts and bleeding he'd caused. I wouldn't say I'm a manicure regular. However, I do go often enough to say confidently that I know how to act and be respectful. Lucy did my gel polish change Manicure for $38 and I paid an extra $5 for an extra hardening gel coat. 10/10, she took her time and when she took off my original gel polish she drilled the gel color off and then used a cuticle tool and nail filer to take off the rest after soaking them in acetone. I loved how she did this because normally in CA they would just drill all of the gel off making the nail flimsy and very thin. I would definitely recommend coming here & Lucy! read more

Staff is friendly and setting is nice. I asked for a full set with acrylic and it was priced high ($90) but I went with it. After he applied my tips, he started to use gel to fill. I reminded him that I preferred acrylic but he assured me gel was better. This rubbed me the wrong way, as he dismissed my request. I've worn nails for years prior and tried them both. Acrylic is my preference because they tend to last longer for me. I didn't want to be a nuisance or make a scene, I was uncomfortable at this point. He said the gel will last longer (again, ignoring my request). Fast forward a week later, I now have 2 nails lifting. This place is priced much higher than other salons and the quality is poor. I had a great gel manicure here with Mike. I was able to call for a same day appointment which is great! Parking is in a lot and it's a little walk to backtrack to the salon, but it's not a big deal, just happy to have free parking. You get your temperature checked when you walk in to get hand sanitizer and I felt like their Covid precautions were great - even while other businesses are relaxing their restrictions, Noble Nails still has the barriers up and everyone was wearing a mask. The shoulder/neck massage was unexpected but very appreciated. Mike was able to remove my previous gel very easily and my French turned out great! The shape of my nails was also great. He did the tips first then went back with the sheer pink I picked out afterwards so the tip didn't have a million layers of nail polish. He was very meticulous with applying and correcting the polish. The hand massage at the end was a little brief, but for $48 + $10 tip for Mike + $5 tip for massage, this was a great experience, a little pricier than I'm used to but worth it for this area. I told her I was a walk in and wanted a manicure. She then told me they didn't take walk-ins. I explained that I wasn't in a rush and could wait for the first available technician. I was told there was no one available FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. This was on a Wednesday, not a busy Sat, and it was at 10:15am. And PS there were 3 open seats and free nail techs sitting in the back. This salon seems pretty clean but they use very cheap products. Also the amount they use is not sufficient to really get the job done. Disposable/sticker pumice which really doesn't get the job done. Pea size amount of soap and scrub (I believe the soap was hand soap) Callus remover is usually around $5-$10. They charge $15. For $30 you don't really get your money's worth but it seems like the price for a regular pedicure is going up and the quality/amount of product being used is getting cheaper imo. I came here for the good reviews but had two bad manicures. I thought after the first one I would give them another try but the second time was no better. I had Tina both times. Maybe it is just her and others are better. I got a dip powder manicure both times. They don't use a proper top coat for the dip powder. They just use the same gel that they use to put the powder on your nail. Really weird. And that means the nail isn't hard like I want it to be. Every single one of my nails cracked and broke within 10 days of the manicure. When I went back 2 weeks later all my nails were super broke and weak. Def would not recommend. There are so many other places in the area to choose from. The free massage is nice and the place is very well set up but that's not enough to compensate for the bad manicure. read more
