They consistently are completely disrespectful of people's time and appointments are useless here. The technicians are not very skilled and can only do basic nails and each time I've done almond shape here, I leave disappointed with the shape despite having asked for it to be fixed multiple times. The other owner does nails well, but very unwelcoming... doesn't engage in any conversation, until it's time to pay where she gets chatty when it's time to ask whether we'd like to tip in cash or the card... lol. I get gel manicures regularly - always almond shaped and short, and this never happens. According to my handy dandy friend, ChatGPT, it's the way the nails were filed that made them vulnerable to cracking. The salon was too far out of my way to come back to get them fixed here. I'm forced to switch to square shaped nails now because all the cracks make it impossible to stick with the almond shape without extra reinforcement... and for 7/10 nails that would be $$$.
