Upon reaching the place, I was told that my appointment was "cancelled automatically by their booking system". How does this even happen? The lady at the store that if I chose to continue with the appointment and if someone came in, they'd leave my service mid-way and attend to the new client. How is this place even working with such shoddy business practices??? Why provide reservation options when the place will cancel an hour before??
