I decided to give them a try since it's walking distance to my house and at first I was skeptical because it didn't seem modern like those other salons but the quality is exceptional! First time visiting from seattle and was recommended to this place. Bottom picture was what I wanted.. the other pics are what I got. Customer service was really great but the nails aren't the shape I asked for and they're super uneven. The acrylic is super thick in some parts of the nail because she didn't drill the nail to make them even, all she did was drill my cuticles and buff my nails with a file. I somehow got cut with a file which I didn't even know was possible but she was filling my nail so rough and hard that my pinky is raw because she filled the skin off. One of my pinky nails is shorter and a different shape than the other. Overall pretty disappointed with how they came out. read more

I honestly love this place. I have come here pre-covid and covid. They are extremely accommodating, and sanitary. I also bring my little sister here, and I notice that nail salons when they see a child do a shoddy job with their nails. This place does not, they treated my sister like another client and and made sure she had a relaxing pedicure, which I genuinely loved and appreciated. I have gotten their basic pedis and one of their fancy ones, and in all honesty I thoroughly enjoyed both.. The fancy did have a lot of extra things, mainly the parafin wax. The treatment between both pedicures was the same. They do any amazing job with massaging with the hot stones that alot of nail salons dont include in their basic nail package. I've been there twice & both times the tall lady with the cane always b******* about an appointment. If you don't like walkins then you need to put by appointments only on your hours of operation. Also, maps says they are open until 7:30pm Saturday but they actually close at 7. The lady that did my nails said, "this color is so pretty on you because you have light skin". Never go here. My nails were butchered and the overall experience was terrible. I called and made an appointment for a manicure but had to wait 40 minutes when I arrived at my scheduled time. Then the lady who did my nails was also clearly in charge of managing the business, so she was very distracted shouting out orders and talking to the other clients. I had to point out to her several times that some of my nails were WAY longer than others. She complained the whole time that I wanted them too short and should get them longer - it became very clear she just cannot do short nails. She filed them in on the sides super far to make them skinny so I have little bird talons now. Don't do it. I read one or two bad reviews and thought "it won't happen to me. It'll be fine." I was very impressed with the professionalism of the salon! I got the signature pedicure with Katie who did an amazing job! I was very impressed with how well they match my pedicure color to my dip color. She was not rough with my feet & had great pressure during the hot stone massage. Being pregnant with sciatic pain makes the calf massage 100x better, especially with someone who knows what she is doing! Since it had been awhile I got my tips + dipping with a classic manicure! Sunny did a GREAT job!! She cut my cuticles very carefully & made sure the nail length was a perfect natural look like I asked for. As for the hand massage with lotion- the lotion smelt amazing & the massage was phenomenal. I spent 83.60 before the tip with their September special of 30% off & the services were worth every penny, plus I was in & out within 1.5 hours which I'll take happily! Beyond the amazing service, the atmosphere itself if beautiful! They had HGTV playing which is a personal favorite and the salon was exceptionally clean. My favorite part though is that it did not smell like a nail salon which I love because I hate sitting in that smell! Everyone should be visiting here for their nail needs! My mother and I went to LV Nails & Spa a couple of days before my wedding. My mother's nail tech took her previous dip nails off with tweezers despite it obviously being very painful for her. My nail tech put many nail extensions on crooked from the beginning and only offered to file the sides instead of starting over (which I only requested on the worst-the thumb nail). I've had my nails done a fair amount elsewhere and have never left feeling this way, but this nail tech was pretty defensive and tried to explain why I thought it looked crooked. It seemed like the extensions weren't wide enough either as I could see quite a bit of my natural nail on the sides. Also, I asked for a rounded square tip and got much more of an almond. We left and immediately went to another salon down the road who took my nails off gently in acetone and gave me much better results and experience. read more

I came here on a whim, very skeptical & nervous after having several terrible experiences at other places + I'm leaving for a vacation in a few days, & I couldn't have been happier with my experience! All the workers were super friendly (a couple of them randomly came over to chat & compliment my color choice while I was getting them done), I got EXACTLY what I was wanting (length, shape, color), & this has been the cheapest manicure I've gotten since moving to this area (no extra cost for tips or shape). I even had a spot on my thumb where I'd picked at (thanks a lot winter + Sahara dry skin), & he was so gentle with everything that it didn't hurt at all & still looked amazing! I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here from here on out! I would include pics, but I don't want people thinking my "thumb pick" is a cut they caused just by looking at it without reading my review. Just left there about 15 minutes ago and the guy that did my nails seemed like he was in a rush. During the whole time I got my nails done he didn't say a word at all, plus I didn't even know he was done cause he just got up and walked away and started on another customs nails. The whole time he seemed rushed and my mom said she even said they seemed rushed. He left a whole bunch of powder on my nails as well. First time at this salon and they forgot to mark me down at a specific time. Terrible job.. I asked for white and got a coats of an off-white and you can see through the nail... the last picture is a comparison of my pinky with one coat of my white regular nail polish and my ring finger is the color and transparency from the salon.. and the filing was just awful and my cuticles look so bad. I got a pedi also and it just does not look that great. I've been doing mani/pedis for almost 2 decades now and sadly, this has been the worst experience ever. I walked in wanting a full set of acrylic nails. Manager told me he was the only one who knew how to do them and that he had an appointment coming. Tried to up sell me to get nextgen. I've worn nextgen for several years and I DO NOT like nextgen. So my only other option was to leave. I said that's ok I'll go somewhere else and he just said "ok." I think it's absurd to have an option for something on your menu that only one person in the salon knows how to do. They may as well take it off because it is obviously not a service they offer. If everyone in the salon is not competent enough to do the most BASIC type of nail then either don't offer it or better train your staff. 10/10 do NOT recommend. I'd be weary to allow them to try anything else. read more
