I dislike when receptionists are more friendly to you when it is time to pay for your service than when you first walk in. My waxer was Cindy who I've had before when I came more frequently. I love that she doesn't make your appointment awkward and talks to you in the entire time! Because appointments are 15 min I do feel a bit rushed as my previous company was 30-35 min for an appointment. There are a few hairs that could be removed more diligently. Waxes are $62 a pop for anyone considering spots that offer waxing.

One thing I definitely appreciated was how transparent they were about cost-they broke down the price for me by telling me what the basic charge for dip powder nails was, and extra charges for a specific shape/length, and adding things like holographic glitter and ombré. Nails were around $80 before tip, which some might say is pricy, but I've had so many nails experiences, from basic $35 nails that broke and had shoddy craftsmanship, to overpriced $90 nails that were not worth the charge. None quite as bad as today, however I've noticed the poor attention to detail and lack of care in the services they provide. My pedicure today lasted 26 minutes and was extremely rushed. The file (rasp) she attempted to use on my calluses didn't have a handle, and she briefly rubbed it over each foot rather than actually removing any of my callus build up, leaving my feet rough. She painted over my cuticles and cut several of my toes with the dremel she used. The reasons I kept coming back is that this is one of the cleaner salons I've found near me, and they do a good job with massages. However, I don't think it's worth the cost. I recommend avoiding if you're looking for consistent quality services!
