i've been going to soi's for at least 4 years and they always take care of my shih tzu and yorkie. very easy to book an appointment -- call on a weekday and drop off your dog that friday or saturday in the morning. they are all super nice and attentive. my dogs get a short haircut but they still cut and shape the face really beautifully. they get cleaned very well and are sent back in cute bandanas. read more

Extremely Unprofessional and Misinformative. My family's Maltese came back injured with a deep gash on his inner thigh. When we approached the receptionist and groomer, they had said that they "forgot to inform us that he got an injury" when attempting to shave our Maltese at pick-up. It wasn't until we had our pet in our possession that we noticed it. Mind you, he is only less than 2 years old weighing around 10 lbs. Soi's pet salon had said it was a minor scratch when it was bleeding and told us to buy some items and that it'll heal within "3 days". We were still charged full price for the service even though our pet came back injured? Soi's pet salon still did not fully answer how our small Maltese received that large and deep injury. Don't come here if you care about your pet, they might be sliced up like our baby boy. read more

My dog's appointment was at 2pm. We dropped him off 30 minutes earlier. I called them when he would be done and they said 5:30pm. Before they used to groom so quick and call within the hour. It has been 2 hours almost 3. It does not take that long to shave off everything. So disappointed and never will come back again. (He has been in the small cage they put him in for hours). Edit: picked him up at 5:38 when his appointment was at 2. Got him back and saw this. Unbelievable. I have never seen this on my dog. read more

I just started going there not too long ago but this is the second time the person that was supposed to receive my baby girl has been nothing but rude. The few times I have dropped her off there at 9:00 am she is not even ready till like 4:00pm. Usually the other people are a lot nicer I am guessing the rude person might be the owner and seems like she does not care about costumer services wish seems weird because of the work strive statement they have on their page " strive to provide safe and comfortable space for the special member of your family" is not the first time she has been rude but this time I decided to not leave my baby girl there. We LOVE Soi's!! Bella and Chase have been going here for years!! They do an amazing job, and you can tell they love animals. Every time we go here my babies are so excited. They can not wait to get into the building. That means a lot to me, they actually enjoy getting bathed. They have boarded my babies too when I go on trips. If you know me even a little... you know this is a BIG deal. I don't trust my fur babies with just anyone. I actually cancelled a trip because they were going to be out of town and couldn't keep Bella and Chase. They leave Soi's looking so fresh and so clean :). They smell so good too!! We've been going here for a year now and the past two times I took my small dog to them and the groomer has been extremely rude. Makes rude remarks how my puppy doesn't like coming AT ALL and is hard to groom (I get it but not every dog likes going to the groomers and is perfect). Asked her why she was so hard to groom after she kept going on & said "doesn't like the blow dryer, being groomed, or anything at all so she takes awhile to do." I politely asked if there was any other day I could bring her that she preferred since she takes awhile and (a small 15lbs puppy is too much for her) and the groomer rudely replied with "it's not that at all." My puppy comes maybe every 3-4 months it's not even a lot. The groomer also made the remark how I called to see if she was done after almost 3 hours and she felt like I was rushing her (she never gave me a time at drop off) & I apologized saying I wasn't trying to rush her and she just shrugged and rolled her eyes. Obviously we don't feel welcome here anymore and I don't want my dog to be mistreated just because she isn't the perfect puppy to be groomed (according to the groomer) which is a shame because the owner seems super nice. for years I used to take my dog to the Pet Mart salon but I found out that Soi's pet salon is much better than Pet Mart. I love the way they treat my dog. Called today to see the soonest appt for my dog's haircut... we've never been there before. They were very nice and asked if I wanted tomorrow or even today! I brought her in 20 min later and they had her finished in an hour and a half!!! I've never been able to have her groomed that quickly... not to mention they did a GREAT job!!! They had beautiful dogs in there that were immaculately groomed!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this groomer and feel fortunate to have found them. Also, my dog is very anxious and nervous and when I picked her up she was so happy and relaxed!!!! Excellent!!! read more

I, in the past, used Soi's for my little poodle mix. When I got a standard Poodle, I took him there, as well. I forgot to tell them something and went back in and my standard was hanging in the air by whatever they tether the dogs to the grooming station. I started screaming and they got him down. My little poodle mix had seizures. They never, one time, told me when I asked them if he had a seizure, said yes. They are too busy, I'm afraid and definitely do not have enough eyes on the pets they are in charge of. read more

I've used this place for years. They can usually got my dog in the same day on a Saturday (my dog is a dachshund so doesn't require too much.) they do an excellent job and the prices CANNOT be beat. When I lived in Dallas, I was paying more than twice the amount they charge for fewer services. The dogs seem very happy when I visit, and the staff is friendly too. read more

We wouldn't trust our boy with anyone else! Soi's has always done a beautiful job with our Lhasa Apso, Rocko who requires a lot of grooming! We have never had any issues and we've brought our dog here since we got him as an 8 week old puppy. The staff is always friendly and you can tell that they really love the dogs they are grooming. They do have dogs on the floor but I have never felt like it was a chaotic atmosphere as the other review states. I suppose that's a matter of opinion... Love love love Soi's and my little man does too! They do a fantastic job, are reasonably priced, and are the only groomer Teddy is actually excited to go to. He loves to play with the other dogs. Really can't say enough good things about this place I am so glad I was referred to them. read more
