The look on my son's face when he saw the car looking better than when we brought it in with spectacular! Dave goes above and beyond in repair what an insurance company would cover, for example he blends the paint from the repaired body panel into the next body panel to make sure the paint matches perfectly. He found some other plastic trim and pieces under their car that had been broken prior to the hit and run on my son's car and he just fixed those without question and without charging us. Thank you for taking my concern seriously, treating me with respect, and fixing my car on-the-spot with a smile! My new Toyota RAV4 has a poor design for the bottom door trim. If a person doesn't enter the vehicle just right, the plastic trim flops open and the plastic tabs break off. So, over the past year, I have asked multiple Toyota dealers, other car professionals, auto detailing companies, etc. for a solution to keep that trim from coming off of the door. It was getting exhausting from the continued "brush off". This wasn't a big deal for these people, but it certainly was for me. I had resorted to duct tape and Velcro before finding Cox Enterprises. None of these other people would actually help me fix the problem! Toyota couldn't even locate the part number for the trim piece even though it had been replaced once before. Thanks Again!

I called Kiefer for a tow and they took my car back to their shop after hours saying they'd fix it as soon as possible. By the next day they knew exactly what was wrong with it and told me a price for the repair plus the tow. I was quoted 450$ which for what needed to be done was a fair price. I go to pick up my car today. The car was in tip top shape and they only asked me to pay 350. I have never gone to a mechanic that charges well UNDER the quoted price. Car drove home perfectly. No fuss no issues. To those who call this guy a con artist, I have no reason to believe this shop is anything but honest and fair. The price was cheap and the work is solid. If I need preventative maintenance I will make the 50 minute drive to come back to this shop. It's hard to find honest folks and that's what these guys are. I will be back.
