He always "makes my day" bc he has such a wonderful presence and positive vibes. Very professional, kind, caring, and does beautiful work! He really has the best bedside manner and offers you advice about what would look good and will tell you what he thinks may be "too much" therefore not looking good. He is not going to jack your face FULL of Botox and filler bc he wants to make more money, imo, he wants his patients to be with thrilled with their results. I always have been! I've been seeing him for close to6 years! I trust him completely and totally. I have never had any bruising from Botox injections either. I have attached some photos of me a 3 weeks after Botox; so these are all diff entries times of the year. These pictures are showing the (Botox) lip flip, 11s, forehead and a tiny bit on my crows feet. I started doing this bc I feel that it's a preventive type thing. If you can't move those muscles to their full extent with facial expressions; then the lines never come!! I started at 32 years old when I noticed 11s and forehead lines becoming prominent even when I was making no facial expression. I am 37 now. So these pictures are 36 yo and 37 yo. It doesn't hurt, it's just a quick thing and he move around on your face doing the injections in a very cool way! His distraction tactic- asking questions about you and positive things!! He of course had ice, etc for numbing. But I don't need it. I do I've my upper lip before he does lip flip bc those ones are most uncomfortable but not even that bad at all!! I hope this NOVEL helps you all! If you're thinking about Botox or fillers; wellness world is your spot! I drive 50 miles round trip to see home!! And his secretary, Shannan. I didn't just buy the Groupon alone, my sister told me about it and Jackie was able to schedule Saturday appointments for us so that we could come together. At first this was like having a support system because doing your first laser treatment can feel a little nerve racking even if you are excited for the end results. But even if you go alone, Jackie is just so supportive and encouraging that you really don't need to bring anyone along. The office is clean and the staff are efficient. I know many more procedures are done there and advertising posters and brochures can be found in the waiting room. I went to Kelly for help and am incredibly thankful that I did. I had seen 3 dermatologists up to this point, but none of them were remotely as caring and helpful as Kelly. Firstly, she listened to me! She understood completely what the issue was and was incredibly knowledgeable. She spoke to me at length about my skin concerns and we discussed what we could do during our session as well as what I should do on my own, for my own skincare regimen. I also discussed my dismay at some lines on my forehead that have gotten deeper since I turned 40 (and also since apparently I always have an expression of surprise or amazement on my face... I need to work on that...) Anyway, she had very helpful suggestions for that as well. If I can remember all the things we did... we did a silk peel, brightening mask, an oxygen treatment, some LED light magical thing, and some other topical treatments. Whatever it all was, was FABULOUS. Her room is clean, lovely, and relaxing. She spent time explaining all the things she was doing, all of which felt amazing. It was like - facial, meet massage. Massage, meet facial. And let's throw some skin healing treatment on for good measure! All of this aside, Kelly is a wonderful person. She was so enjoyable to talk and laugh with. We really had a good time! After the treatment, we did discuss what to do post-session, and she gave detailed instructions on what to do moving forward.
