NEVER go to this salon !!!!…read more In April 2018, I visited this salon with a consultation on the laser hair removal account, I do this not the first time and I know the clinical indications for the procedure and the time of hair loss and so on. After consulting with the doctor, she told me to come in a month or more, since my skin is too dark for the procedure. I want to say that I am a white race and my skin is a little dark (I come from Russia). I warned the doctor that my skin would not become brighter as this is my natural color, I avoided the sun in every possible way and took sun protection creams. Arriving at the procedure the doctor was told that my skin is not light, I once again explained to the doctor that I do this not for the first time, on the same laser and on certain capacities. The doctor has made to me procedure on all body at my parametres what i did before. Applying lines along of my body with a marker to distribute the zones, after finishing did not even offer me a wet napkin so I could erase those lines !!! It took 2 weeks and the hairs still on my skin, I called the salon where the manager told me to wait 20 days and then to call, we agreed by phone that if my hair will be on my skin I would do a free procedure again or return the money. I called after 20 days, explaining that I was not happy with the service and the manager refused to compensate me anyhow !!! Speaking that my skin types are complicated for the procedures and they warned me that the hair will not disappear at all. So for this, there is a set of procedures !!!! I first encounter such a bad attitude towards clients, I could continue to visit this salon and advise it to everyone, but you lost the payment of an able client and gained a bad reputation !!!!

I first visited VCCTB about 20 years ago for spider veins and IPL treatments. I later returned for Botox and Dysport. While Dr. Hunt handled my vein and laser treatments and Kristin was my injector and laser technician, I was satisfied with my results. After they were no longer my providers, I experienced repeated problems despite several adjustments. I eventually returned to my dermatologist's injector, who used 38 units and achieved the results I wanted. Although my injector does not offer promotional specials, the product was prepared in front of me and the results were excellent. Later, my dermatologist recommended a CO laser treatment for my mild sebaceous hyperplasia and quoted approximately $2,500. During my consultation, VCCTB also confirmed that CO laser treatment was appropriate and offered the procedure at a much lower price, so I decided to give them another try. In February 2026, I received a face-and-neck CO laser treatment for $900. I was told to wait a few months for the full results, but the condition remained. Because my case was mild and the treatment had been recommended by my dermatologist and confirmed by VCCTB, I was disappointed that I saw little to no improvement. I was then quoted an additional $500 for a touch-up, so I decided to return to my dermatologist for further treatment. I also purchased a Mother's Day IPL special and returned three additional times because I was dissatisfied with the results. A YAG laser was used during those visits, but I ultimately returned to my dermatologist for further treatment. Everyone in the office was kind, but the results did not meet my expectations. In addition to IPL, I purchased a 48-unit Botox special after being off Botox for about a year. The placement and results were unsatisfactory, so I returned for eight additional units, but still did not achieve the outcome I expected. I chose VCCTB because of the lower prices and because I had originally been happy with the practice. Unfortunately, the results did not match the quality of care I received from my dermatologist. I am now much happier with my current treatment. My advice is not to choose a treatment based solely on a promotional price.
