After I emphasized I only wanted a minimal amount in forehead, Dr. T was happy to oblige. He gently injected 10 units of Botox. I had no side effects and was thrilled with the result, natural! I get in my car and realize -told me the wrong thing for a quick sale -micro bladed all the way up to my hair line and cut my front ends off -cut my forehead because the pressure was to hard -still random patches of peach fuzz Second time around I went and reminded them about the honored facial that I originally wanted. Which in the description says it comes with red light therapy. It did not. When finished and asked what about the red light therapy the girl gave me a run around with three different excuses 1- it was an add on (no it's not it states in the description it comes with the treatment) 2- depends on if we think you need it ( WANTED that for that specific treatment that's what I paid for who are you to decide what I need if it states in the description that it's included) 3. Depend on who's doing your face some of us add it some of us don't And then lastly after I asked one more time about the wording of the description for that specific treatment with the red light she said it's somthing we talk about if you need in the beginning and that the facial is very customizable but when we started she didn't care to ask me my concerns or what it was I wanted.. kinda seemed like she wanted to get it done and over with like I was the last person of the day She then tried telling me they can add it next time I come back. No no I will not be back that's wrong of them to try and make right and half ass the facial Andy Ty to sell me what it was I actually wanted on the next visit .. I will take my money elsewhere where. To top it off I go back in my car look at my face and once again my peach fuzz on my upper lip my cheek and some of my forehead was still there. As if she barely microdermed it... I had been going to another doctor for my Botox injections, spent almost $2000.00 within 6 months (not to mention the headache to just schedule appt.), and thought that my forehead muscles were just to strong and was setteling with my results. Well then I started googling and researched and thought I would give Dr. Deborah F. Shultz a try just as a second opinion. My fist visit was a total different experience. Dr. Deborah F. Shultz listened to my concerns and explained that it might not have been injected properly. So I thought why not. Dr. Deborah F. Shultz explained EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING! She took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. She does NOT push product, and she gives you exactly what you need. At the previous office (in Riverview off if 301, but I won't give the name) it would take almost a full week to see any difference, and it was small, after I went to Dr. Deborah F. Shultz, I started seeing a difference the next day!! I was shocked!! I needed a touch-up because with any good Botox doctor, they have to learn your muscles. Dr. Deborah F. Shultz got me right in, I had MAYBE 2 more injections and out the door, AND she has an AMAZING technique to make the procedure painless, I won't give the secret away, but totally works! She knows the perfect spots, doses, and answers. I didn't need to go back for at least 2 months AND....it was half the cost I was paying with the other office! Now with Covid, she does not skip a beat, it takes her 15 minutes to clean a room after each patient and she still smiles. She wears a mask and does not touch any thing twice without changing her gloves, hell, you have to take her pen if u pay with a credit card and sign a slip! She has accommodated me more times then I can count.
