After the session, my body was still relaxing and the tension in my back was gone for a while. This is more effective than massaging. I also took the Reiki 1 training here. I wasn't sure if I can send Reiki energy to other people before the class, but after practicing again and again in the class, at the end of the training, I eventually felt the point at which the person has an issue and the person also felt my Reiki on the spot too. It was really a fun experience and hopefully I can take the Reiki 2 training sometime soon.
