I was very pleasantly surprised with the couples massage we received at Arisa. Those giving the massages seemed very experienced and did a great job. Were friendly and were sure to use your preferred strength, but (how I would prefer it) they weren't chatting with me during the massage. They give you a little tea at the end as well. Very fair prices for the quality I thought. I will say that you must go into this massage knowing that the facility of Arisa is nothing special. It is in a strip mall like office building area. Came here for a couple's massage and got their 60 min signature massage. You get a nice, private room for two. Room is very clean and they give you these large pants to change into. Tina and Kate were our masseuses, and they did a terrific job. They applied the right amount of pressure and constantly checked in with us to see if the pressure was good throughout the massage. I will say that their accents are a bit hard to understand through, but they are patient. We ended the visit with 2 small cups of hot tea. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment and filled out my new client form which I was immediately impressed because they ask for your problem spots there and you circle it! I think that's so helpful. I was paired with Sonia and she was amazing! She made sure that the pressure was not too much a few times and that was nice. Working on my back, she could tell what needed to be focused on. Afterwards, I paid and then received a small cup of non caffeinated tea. Such a wonderful touch to the experience. I fight the urge to fall asleep, but Emma put me to sleep during this session. I heard myself snoring and woke up. She asked what are the areas I want her to focus on and I said neck, shoulders, back and feet. She asked if she can step on me and I was up for it. My super cute girlfriend took me here so that we can have a girls day out relaxing and getting all the negative energy out of her bodies. I chose the deep tissue massage, which was great to get out all of my knots. I like how we were close to each other, but separated with a curtain so that we know who would finish first. At the end of our massages we had lovely cups of hot tea, waiting for us I like that they had several options for the different types of massage people could request. I went here for a deep tissue massage and was pleasantly surprised. The massage pressure was intense because I usually don't get deep tissue, but the masseuse checked in on me continuously to make sure I was ok. I came in mid week around 1:30pm and I was the only person there, but the place did start filling up soon after. The only thing that was kind of annoying was there was nobody at the front desk to check in people for their appointments so my masseuse had to stop my massage mid way and check them in. I came here last night looking for Nawa but she wasn't available so Pam worked on me - and she was incredible. Slow, intentional, and deep movements helped me unwind and relax completely. They are also considerate in keeping you warm with heaters, a bed warmer, keeping you covered, etc. This location also uses really effective oils and therapeutic scents for that extra relaxation. I have been a customer for some time and have never experienced anything like this. I usually text them to check availability, and they respond promptly. However, when I was on my way, they informed me that someone else had booked the spot. I found this frustrating, especially since they didn't make an effort to resolve the issue. They could have at least held the spot for me or done something to avoid wasting my time. Then, they told me, "No worries, contact us anytime." That's not really the level of customer service I expected. The owner even called me to ask if I was okay. Wow... Update: Now you can see they are threatening me to call police because I posted review. It was my friend's birthday month. Took my friend here on Saturday to try an hour of Thai deep tissue massage. We are so lucky to have Lisa and Emma as our masseur. They both were super friendly. We were really happy and enjoy our visit. They both are doing an amazing work. The only thing that we would like to address is they didn't close the entrance door and left a gaping open while we were inside the room with the sliding door only and we were undressed. For safety purposes we suggest that don't just walk away without locking the door when the customers are ready/dressed then leave. :) read more

She made sure I felt comfortable before we started and asked if the pressure was okay throughout the session. The first part was without oil, focusing on legs and back, while the second part was with oil. My favorite part of this massage was the scalp massage and the stretching portion towards the end. I believe today was Sarah, and I booked a two hour Thai deep tissue. I wanted emphasis again like my other really positive reviews this is one of the best places. I have some hip and hamstring regular tightness from splitting a physical job and a desk job half the week. I think as a frequent customer the people know my needs and i just wanted to say today might be even better than any other time. The routine added some hip stretches that gave me that little very positive "pop" in my frozen hip that loosened me up so much I feel like a totally new person. I had originally booked a 6:45pm for 1.5 hours but was worried that I would be late because of our dinner reservations. After reaching out, she adjusted our time so we could enjoy dinner without feeling rushed. When we got there, the ladies were so nice and helped us check in. They made sure to ask us what we wanted and our trouble area. I did the Thai deep tissue, and I did say no to the stretches and being stepped on cause I was scared, but my bf got the works. Pretty magical to be that relaxed while fully awake and not fully falling asleep. She really knows where to focus to work on. I will say she's really nice. Had a Thai deep tissue massage with Lisa that rivaled the best massages in Thailand--NOT the kind you can fall asleep during. Instead, it's especially good for athletes and active people, working out muscles and fascia in ways that foam rolling, regular massage, hot tubs, etc can't. I really appreciated that Lisa was careful to stay balanced, to not hurt vulnerable areas, and to not overwork any particular muscle or joint. This session was intense, but unlike non-Thai deep tissue massages I've had in the past, there was almost no pain or soreness afterward or the next day.
