Kaylynn was booked a month in advance. Is she worth the wait? Well of course! I am a massage enthusiast and I've tried Thai, Chinese foot reflexology, Korean, Swedish... all types of style in the Bay Area. Massage/Spa is what I would consider my hobby aka "treatyoself days." Her style is more taking her time rather than rushing through it. She's very friendly and accommodating and was asking whether the pressure was good enough. I definitely like that she asked this because sometimes it's not easy for people to speak up. She will tailor and focus on areas depending on what you need. I broke down a few criteria's below. Scheduling: Super easy, I texted the phone number and asked for availability and she responded within the same day. I also went to her website and sent her an email to kodommassagetherapy@gmail.com. Since she has back to back appts, she likely won't be able to answer if you call. Texting or emailing or booking directly on her website is the easiest. Follow up: Kaylynn sent me a text reminder to confirm the day before. 20 minutes before my actual appointment, she texted me to let her know when I arrive so she can let me in the building. Ambiance: This is in a large multi-tenant building and she has a room. She decorated the room very nicely with soothing sounds to help relax. If you need to go to the bathroom before hand, arrive earlier because bathroom is a bit of walk from where her suite location is... Massage: I had the 60 minutes Swedish massage with hot stones. This is the type of massage where it doesn't hurt during... It's very relaxing focused on slow motion and rhythmic techniques. She was able to work on some of my knots in my upper back. It wasn't until after the massage and went back to my car that I realized she gave me an extra 15 minutes (which she didn't mention). For that I am giving 5+ stars. I would've tipped her more if I realized she gave me extra time which is always a nice bonus. :) read more

Kay provided a great 60 min massage with hot stones! I called the number provided but went to voicemail so texted instead. Kay responded relatively quickly on appointment options. A few texts back and forth and my appointment was scheduled. Big parking lot adjacent to the building. Restrooms on site. KO Massage Therapy is located in suite #142. I arrived about 10 min early but the door was locked so I headed back to the lobby. Lobby security suggested I text Kay since most of the time he said she meets clients at the lobby, but after texting, ended up meeting her in the room. The room is clean and decently sized. A corner to change in, a blocked off work section for Kay, and the massage table. Kay asked me what my focus areas were. I had told her I had recently pulled my back playing basketball, so lower back and neck for me. Undress to whatever you're comfortable and let Kay give a great massage! Full body massage was given. Arms, legs, back, neck. There was some extra focus in my requested areas and overall very relaxing massage. The hot stones were a nice touch. Only downside, wish it was longer than 60 min! The walls are a bit thin, so you can definitely hear other businesses next door if they are talking loudly, so just a heads up. The music is turned up to a good volume to drown it out. I also appreciate Kay not being pushy with a tip. A lot of other massage places will push for tips after, regardless of service, after Groupon redemption. Kay had redeemed my Groupon on her end and was prepared to send me off on my day without asking for anything else. Kay provides a good experience, so I definitely gave her a well-deserved tip :) Overall, for all the Groupon hopefuls...definitely purchase with confidence! Wow I just had the most relaxing massage here with Kaylynn, it felt like I was floating on clouds in a dream! My fiancé bought me a Groupon for Kay's massage and I just fell in love with him a little more because Kay did an absolutely amazing job on me. I received this Groupon a few months ago, but didn't get to redeem the Groupon until just recently. I also was in a motor vehicle accident about a month ago, so I was definitely having lots of aches and pain. I have not had a massage yet but I am writing this review based on a follow up phone conversation. Kaylynn was calling to set up my first massage appointment. She was kind and easy to talk to. I will return to write a review after my massage scheduled for mid-March, 2022. 3-15-2022: I had my 90 minute massage with Kaylynn yesterday. I'll start by saying that the Google maps streetview photo of the building looks horrible compared to what is looks like today. It looks so much better now. So much so, that I passed up the building. Walking into the front door, they have a reception area for assistance for first time visitors who do not know where they are going. Very professional entrance. Her office/massage room is all in one, so when you undress, she is behind the partition. Not a big deal just worth mentioning. The room is pleasantly decorated and she has everything you need for your massage. She asked me if I had concentration area for her to focus on. She is very easy to talk to and she does a fantastic job. Her pressure was perfect for me but she asked me if I needed more or less pressure. I highly recommended her.
