I did not use my card anywhere else, which is why I reached out to the company to report my concerns. I contacted corporate and provided a very detailed email explaining the situation, including the dates, amounts, and order numbers associated with my transactions. Unfortunately, I do not feel that my concern was taken seriously. Their response stated that they had "successfully located and issued a refund for that double charge." However, I never reported a double charge or said that I was charged twice for the same transaction. My concern was that my credit card information may have been compromised and used for unauthorized purchases. The response I received did not address the actual issue I reported and appears to have misunderstood my detailed explanation. Please be cautious, monitor your credit card transactions carefully, and report any unauthorized activity to your bank or credit card company immediately.
