I got home, opened it up... faulty. Completely broken. So I go back in thinking, "Great, I'm about to become that customer." But Eli immediately hit me with his usual welcoming smile and basically said, "I got you, don't worry about it." No attitude, no annoyance, no making me feel awkward about it whatsoever. Swapped it out no problem and told me to check it before heading home. Now... I don't want to get him in trouble, but I checked it in the parking lot instead of inside the store like a normal person. And OF COURSE... second one had issues too. So there I am doing the walk of shame back into JARS for the second time in like 15 minutes saying, "Oh my god, I promise I'm not trying to ruin your day." Most people at that point would've looked at me like I personally handcrafted the broken carts myself. Not Eli. This man stayed calm, professional, kind, and just said, "Okay, let's start over from the beginning." Ended up getting something completely different that worked perfectly. What stood out wasn't just that he fixed the issue because honestly, that's what customer service is supposed to do. It was HOW he handled it. His attitude never changed once. He was patient, reassuring, and genuinely nice the entire time. And to be clear, this wasn't even a JARS issue. Faulty products happen sometimes. The difference is whether the staff makes you feel like a burden when it does. Eli absolutely did not. Every single time I come into JARS Cave Creek, everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional, but Eli especially deserves recognition. You guys have stellar staff over there. And you never leave without a damn deal if that is what you want

Considering I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location, I think my time and money will be better spent at Curaleaf (where I have never been shortchanged nor treated with such disrespect).
