What could improve? Knowing the difference between medical patients and recreational customers. As a medical patient, it is frustrating to see staff consistently call on "customers" before the medical patients standing in the so-called "medical line." It happens a lot at this particular location and today was no different. A female called "Jesse" was helping a white, male customer who had literally JUST WALKED IN and was standing in the recreational/online line (I also had an online order). I let it slide on so many other occasions but today, I asked Jesse about it since I WAS there waiting before him. She was rude and dismissive (just saying that "he's medical too."), while never making any eye contact with me. She clearly showed that she just didn't care and I am finally starting to understand that this staff, with the exception of just a couple (in my experience!), do not appear to adhere to any policies regarding the lines. I think that I will just start going to another location. I've had enough of their bad customer service. read more

They are now refusing to sell to me because the physical driver's license that I've used there for the past 2 years is expired. BUT MY LICENSE IS VALID AND I HAVE THE DMV PAPERWORK TO PROVE IT. Apparently, I had a small chipped corner on my physical ID, and they claimed it was "broken" and wouldn't accept it. I asked if they take digital IDs--they said yes--but still refused to accept my Apple-certified digital driver's license. All bars and places like Sunda and Good Good take it without issue. The staff was rude and dismissive, clearly more focused on closing in 20 minutes than helping a returning customer. I've been here the past two months with no problem using the same ID. They will remove bonus stickers and magnets, and possibly a pinch of flower or extract too... it's unknown how broad of an issues it is. I first noticed it when purchasing the Grow Science carts, that currently include artsy magnets from the manufacturer, and formerly sticker. Was very excited to visit and was very disappointed in said visit. The lines got very long very quickly and the check in process took quite a bit of time. The only thing that truly bothered me was our budtender. Nice guy but seemed incredibly stoned and kept bringing us the wrong items. Overall he made some good recommendations, but it was not my favorite experience. We paid for everything and went on our way just to open the sealed bag the next day and discovered half our order was missing. And we were charged for them. Easy and chill,. The line moved quickly. I had great service - I showed the customer service employee a couple of pictures on my phone of desired items. He retrieved them, I asked a few questions, and received recommendations without judgement. Overall it was a chill, low pressure experience. I was comfortable. Service is the slowest, no one is friendly in there, i also preordered because i needed to get in and out and they had two people working. after one person was helped by a worker he then went outside and stopped taking people when there was a line of 6 of us. then the other worker decided to start taking walk in guests and people who walked in way after me were now getting helped. i ended up leaving and will not return. read more

I showed the guy sitting at the desk by the door my ID and told him I had a pickup order. He was not friendly or pleasant, he just said "first line" and pointed to the ropes nearby. He didn't bother to check my wife's ID so she thought she was okay to follow behind me and he shouted at her, "Whoa whoa you can't go back there without showing ID" to which I replied "Hey man she's with me and her ID is right here". When you sit the front desk at a weed shop you have two jobs: 1. Be friendly and welcoming 2. Have a fluid and simple check in process. 12/1/22 I came to Phoenix to lay my younger son to rest Geronimo my cuz came to the store to purchase me some vegan gummies they ran out and sold him brownies with butter and eggs which I don't eat. I returned 11/2/22 to the store to return them one of the managers spoke with me and said the don't do returns but he understands what happened after my explanation and not only did he give me the vegan gummy he gave me two and that's what I call a really good customer service and he didn't charge me. Frequent a few dispensaries around town. This was the closest to take our son for his 21st birthday after lunch, and it was the best decision we could have made! He doesn't want to be a "drinker", so this was the best right of passage for him.
