This place was so much fun from the time we walked thru the door until the time we left. In one door out the other it's really great. All of the staff are very Professional and they all seem to enjoy their jobs. They are very informative they know what they are talking about. So I go in with knowledge and as I started talking to them they realized that I knew what I was talking about so it was an amazing trip. When I first got there I didn't have my ID because I left it at the house in my passport case. So we went back to the house to get it or I would have had to sit outside. I didn't come all this way to sit outside. So we went back and lol got greeted like they never saw us before. Lol so at the front desk you give your information and they log you in they explain how everything works so you'll know. They have specials and BOGO free shock is great pre tools are between $6.00 and $8.00 so you can get up to 14 you come out with 28 pretty good and you can do that for 14 times. Amazing. They also have rules. No opening of your purchase inside once it's bagged and sealed. No smoking inside no selling to minors. All that is more than reasonable to me.ok so in reviewing my post the photos that were up I'm removing them because they were for the next store I went to btw you are not allowed to used your phone or take pictures inside at all. I am a regular customer and would spend well over $100 every visit. I've always had a good experience, and I finally decided on doing a review. If you read the very bottom of the receipt it says, "Thank you for choosing Sol Flower! Leave us a review on Google, Yelp, Leafly, or Weedmaps and receive a free pre-roll on your next purchase. Must show proof of review at checkout. " My next visit came around and I was appalled with my experience. First of all, for an on-site visit with a company, they were out of almost everything and this is not the first. Before I get any backlash, I went to the dispensary early in the morning and every time I visit they are always out of the items that I wanted. Secondly, since I had written a review, I expected my free pre-roll. Not only was the person helping me was rude, but she claimed that I had to buy a pre-roll in order to get a free one. As I mentioned before, nowhere on the receipt says buy a pre-roll get one free after leaving a review. Mallory S., the worker that rung me up, asked several workers next to her and was told that I didn't have to buy a pre-roll to get it free. She runs to the back and all of a sudden, a pre-roll purchase is required. This is some shady SH*T. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Today was a bit busy (it's New Year's Eve) there was a wait but when I got to the counter I had such a nice time. Jess did not make me feel at all rushed. Worst place ever!!!! These fake ass people harassed me. I was in town visiting and didn't notice my drivers license was expired by 3 days. I requested if they can please make an exception. Showed them my military ID. & explained it was an easy mistake. However, they refused to let me enter the shop & then proceeded to harass me outside. I was having a rough day and they made it worse. The cashier at my last visit told me there was a surcharge on debit and that I would get cash back for the surcharge. I said whatever and tipped him my spare change. I then noticed my bank statement showed a purchase at "ATM in Scottsdale" instead of the usual "sol flower". This seems incredibly sketchy and I've never had this type of interaction before . sol flower is a hidden gem! being from colorado, I have high expectations for dispensaries, and sol is the best I've found in the valley. the space is bright, clean, inviting, and the staff is so friendly. the budtenders are so knowledgeable and never rush me when making selections. their prices are fair and the bud is really high quality. they have an ATM on site if you need it, and a decent sized parking lot! their packaging is great and smell proof. the building is a bit hard to find the first time you go but it's nice that it's a discrete location and not in a sketchy part of town like some of the other dispensaries in the area. The staff at Sol locations are usually wonderful but the two girls that work here Mallory and the light skinned girl both always have attitude and don't listen to the customer. All of the other staff in here has been pleasant but those 2 girls ALWAYS have an attitude it literally makes me dread coming here because I don't want to deal with them. This location claims to have a veteran discount but then won't let you use it on any of their products because they claim all of their products current pricing is already discounted. If you have a product that is discounted, you should have it under your promotions and discounts or the discount should apply once the products in the cart like your other location so that a customer can know that the product is discounted. You need to rethink your system here and stop screwing over your customer because of your lack of accountability. read more
