Jose came out right away to provide an estimate (which was more than reasonable) and took time to carefully explain which parts of the tree he would be trimming back and the reason for each cut. I needed a very tall elm tree trimmed in my rear yard. Even though it is impossible to use a basket truck to reach the tree because of the tree's location off of my alley, the team had no problem climbing the tree and avoiding all power and internet lines. The team arrived on-time and finished in the time promised. The entire clean up job was fantastic and the tree looks great! I can now rest easy about the safety of the limbs around my house and yard. Jose is an extremely professional and friendly businessman and it is obvious he takes great pride in his work, enjoys his job, and values his customers. At 1:30pm, I CALLED THEM and again the same 'I-wish-I-was-on-another-planet' phone reception... and then offered to come out AT 3pm. NOPE. If the phone etiquette matches the service? HARD PASS.

I hired this company for several exterior repairs. The concrete work turned out well, and I was…read morepleased with that portion. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the front door trim replacement. I provided photos and explained that I wanted something similar to the existing trim. We discussed flat PVC, and I specifically asked if it would be similar to what was already there, just without the decorative profile. The finished result was not what I expected, and the caulking and paint work did not look professionally finished. Paint was left on the concrete near the bottom door trim, and debris was left in the yard. The storm door also did not operate properly after the work--it no longer opened as far or closed/latch as it had before. Screws were also left stripped and shutters were bent. I had to carve out additional time for the company to return and try to correct the issues. I had also requested replacement of the smaller inner trim, but only after the work was completed was I told that it was part of the storm door and could not simply be replaced. I wish this had been explained during the estimate so I could have made an informed decision beforehand. The original project also included work on the garden hose connection. They ran into an issue and told me they would provide a new quote, but I never received one. Even if they ultimately couldn't complete the work, a follow-up letting me know would have been appreciated. Overall, the concrete work was good, but the door-trim workmanship, cleanup, communication, additional time required for corrections, and lack of follow-through left me disappointed.

Called for a quote to remove a couple of trees and grind the stumps as well as dig up a couple of…read moreplants for me to replant. Got an estimator out the next day. Thought the service would be great. However, when I called to schedule the tree removal, it took me calling and leaving messages three times before I finally was able to schedule on my 4th call. No messages were ever returned. The day they came to remove the trees, I was told they'd have to return the next day to grind the stumps. No one returned the next day. When they finally called to schedule it, they gave me less than 24 hours notice and when I said that didn't work, they scheduled for the next week. Imagine my surprise when, I looked out my window as I was getting ready to leave for a scheduled event and I see a tree grinder ready to go to work on a day I told them not to come. My husband spoke to the employee who was not aware and did not have the tools to dig up the plants I had asked them to do so I could move them. My husband spoke with Alfredo who said the employee there to grind the stumps could possibly do it if we paid him $50 off the books (once again, digging up the plants was included in the original estimate). To top it all off, I received a call 4 hours after the grinding was finished to find out if the could come over the weekend to grind the stumps. There is a severe lack of communication between the various parts of this company, phone calls aren't returned and they don't communicate with the customer efficiently. I hired them based on my neighbors' recommendation and my initial contact. They will not receive my recommendation for anything nor will I ever hire them again.
