We went to watch the playoffs and take advantage of the special only to be told the promotion ended in November, which doesn't make sense because the NFL still has games, and it's on their site! Jennifer had to talk to 2 managers before it was resolved, neither manager ever came to explain or talk. Also, it's advertised in the room to be open at 4 on Sundays.
