Three of us split the sandwich, which comes with fries and is presented with the bone on the plate, for show. It is the signature dish. If you eat meat, it is worth it. The Washingtonian magazine called it the most expensive sandwich around, a fancy McRib. That is fair. But it is better than that. It is an excellent meal. The meat, if you consume animal protein, is high quality, and it is plentiful. I cannot imagine eating it alone. Nor would I eat it as a sandwich -- you need fork and knife.
