After visiting the area for many summers we finally tried this place on a Thursday night as their kitchen was open til a decent hour. We were immediately impressed with the complimentary chips and amazing salads trio that was both fresh and oh so good. I was not familiar with fried salmon( I always enjoy it grilled, broiled, or baked) so I tried the taco featuring three delicately fried pieces topped with pickled onions and a medley of fresh veggies. I swapped my mixed fries for the street corn which did not disappoint but after sampling my husband's mixed fries I realized I made the wrong choice as the mixed fries are out of this world. Similarly, the birria tacos are juicy perfection that I now see why are the popular choice on the menu. Get them. You won't regret it.
