Lighting is thoughtfully done, not too bright, not too dark. Our server was very attentive and was eager to answer all our questions and we did have quite a few because the menu was rather unique. We had questions about some of the ingredients and portion sizes. Half of the menu is more Tappas style; great for sharing because the portions are generous. The other half of the menu is more entrée sized and our table of six ordered a variety of items from both sides of the menu. The beet salad (Remolacha) was fabulous, with good size chunks of beets mixed with peanuts and Pomegranate and crema plus a few other ingredients. My entree was the Frita Cubana a chorizo-spiced beef patty with egg, cheese, onion, shoestring fries, aioli, served on a yummy brioche bun. It was delicious. We shared the PROVOLETA, Melted provolone with chimichurri served in a cast iron pan with toasted sourdough for dipping. Awesome.
