North Bay had three months to get this taken care of and to let me know what was happening. To tell me the day before!! That is not acceptable. I called the doctor and he got it over to them, but North Bay didn't call me back to tell me they got it like they said they would. I started called North Bay at around 2:30, but no one called me back and all I got was their answering machine. Also, I have gone back there in person to get things moving. I want to go to Davis rehab, but we have lost over three months waiting for them when they told us it only takes three to four weeks to get into the rehab. They run as bad and their ER room does.

It is nasty to only make assumptions and attack others with serious accusations. I am looking for a…read morepsychotherapist and happened upon Block B.'s ridiculous review. I would think this could be considered libel and you could be sued for it, as I think you should be. A horrible crime against your son does not give you the right to attack someone online so viciously, risk their career and livelihood, and put the blame on them for a criminal possibly receiving a lesser sentence or being acquitted. With only minutes of research you would have found your answer. From what I found, to get those notes you would have to at least get your son's consent, or a court order. If your son wanted that, the therapist might have been allowed to release the notes, but wouldn't have to by law unless the court ordered it. If the judge felt it might affect the outcome he would have likely pursued the court order. Here is some relevant text: "...While this exception allows providers to inform and involve parents in treatment when appropriate, it does not give providers a right to disclose medical records to parents without the minor's authorization. The provider can only share the minor's medical records with parents with a signed authorization from the minor. (Health & Saf. Code §§ 123110(a) 123115(a)(1); Civ. Code §§ 56.10, 56.11, 56.30; Welf. & Inst. Code § 5328. See also endnote(EXC).)" "Your therapist is only required to tell your parents if you are a danger to yourself or someone else." "...the parent does not have the right to view treatment notes unless a court orders otherwise. Professionals take psychotherapy notes to analyze the contents of a conversation. The notes are for personal use rather than official documentation." it is also ridiculous to consider her a conspirator in a rape because she refused to provide her notes, which could have set her up to lose her license and career, as well as make her vulnerable to criminal charges and serious civil liability. Before you attack someone, think and learn. I added a 5-star review compensate we are horribly unfair one-star review based on ignorance and anger about something someone had no control over.

I've had physical therapy a few times in the past for the same injury; however, after giving birth, my ankle has been hurting more so yet again. My initial experience contacting this location was with Gabby. Gabby manages the front office (including scheduling appointments) and assists with putting heat and cold packs on the patients after each session. She is very friendly and easy to get along with. Rachel is my physical therapist at this specific VibrantCare location. She is very knowledgeable in anatomy & physiology and the various treatments required for my injury. She is also very friendly, understanding, and easy to talk to. With all of my therapy sessions, I've been able to get more of my range of motion back and my pain has gone down considerably. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the treatment I received here. My ankle no longer feels very stiff and I'm continuing to work on getting my strength back by doing the exercises that Rachel showed me. 5 out of 5 stars.

To start off with, this place is now located at 1350 Burton Dr, STE 260 in Vacaville. Now for the review. This place is great. When I was first assigned to go the for hand/wrist therapy I was a little weary. So, I decided to go online and look at reviews. I became discouraged as I read review after review explaining how bad they were. Well, I am here to clear that up. I have never "Yelped" before, so you know this place has been wronged. This place is wonderful. The staff are friendly and they work with you on a personal level. They do handle a lot of people at once so you will be left alone at times, however, they always have your eye on you so you can get help or move onto your next exercise. These people are friendly and easy to get a long with; and the people who go there are great to talk with, while your doing exercises, as well. These people know what they are doing. They have a really good program there. I think they are doing great. If you don't believe me, then you can go check it out for yourself. Note: I am going for a work injury so I don't have to pay, therefore, I can not tell you about the payments or how expensive it is because I have no idea. But still, I'm sure what ever they charge is fair because of the great service that they give to each person read more

I appreciate the entire facility and it's faculty. They have all been professional and extremely encouraging with Me. I was feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed with My diagnosis of onset arthritis in My knees, but the exercises that I did with the team and the ones they had given Me to do at home, really did improve My quality of life and positive outlook on My future coping with My condition. I found the office staff to be equally pleasant, engaging, patient and professional. If I need any physical therapy in the future, undoubtedly, this place is My FIRST Choice. I've been going to Solano Sports PT for 23 years. They've helped me recover from multiple shoulder surgeries elbow surgery BI lateral inguinal hernia surgery and hip surgery as well. Mike, Martin And the staff are very professional and are dedicated to your recovery at a healthy pace. Without their help I would have been miserable many times over. read more

I ended up owing or was billed for $60 and since neither of us knew anything I asked if they would do the Solomonic thing and we would each cover half .... $30 each. 50/50. They refused and stuck me with the entire bill. So needless to say their services will no longer be needed. (But the crazy thing is they didn't save $30 they lost $100s if not $1000s by losing a client!) (If I feel that I'm treated unfairly by any business regarding any issue and I give them a chance to redeem the relationship and they don't - I'm gone.) Plus I find it very unprofessional to be at the counter much less be a chiropractor wearing a nose ring. I've never seen that in my 50 years of chiropractors. I searched on Yelp and Solano Chiropractic Health Center was rated very highly. I called this morning and they took her in the same day. In listening to the doctor McEvilly, I can definitely hear a high level of care and professionalism. He believes he can get my Sister in-law in much better shape than surgery. Post 1st treatment, my Sister In-law said she could already feel a difference. We returned for a 2nd visit and my Sister in-law said she can definitely feel even more better!
