I presented both the receipt and original tagging with the return, the denial was based on me having worn the shorts. Unbelievably inadequate for a outdoors outfitters. It is unreasonable to expect that a decision can be made on outdoor gear without walking in it for any duration outside. Find a store that cares if your gear works for you, anywhere but here!

Some friends and I went in to buy boots…read more They didn't have any in my size but I was working with the sales woman to figure out the right fit and maybe order them through the store. After our exchange we were sitting on the benched near the shoes. The manager came and ask us if we needed help. We said we had been helped and made a joke about sitting there because we were lazy. He literally said "Go be lazy somewhere else!" And that is how he lost his store hundred of dollars in sales. No boots from you mister!

After trying on several $200-$300 pairs of boots with the intention to buy, the manager approached us while we were sitting on the bench in the boot area. He asked how we were doing to which we replied that we were fine, trying on boots and then joked that we were now just feeling lazy because of the heat. Without making eye contact or skipping beat, he replied, "well go be lazy somewhere else". The response was so out of bounds that we weren't sure whether he was joking or not. We quickly realized he was not. I will never go back to his shop and can safely say that he lost four expensive sales that afternoon.
