Great experience throughout. I sent a Yelp message asking about their services. Debbie replied in less than 10min. She was able to send someone out sooner than I could have them, so scheduling was fast. I easily got a day and time that worked. She gave me a 1-hour arrival window and Alex was there within the window. She said it would take about an hour, and Alex finished in about 50min. Debbie also arranged payment with me in advance on the phone. Alex was very professional. Came to the door in a mask. All I had to do was show him the side gate, the hose spigot, and where the panels were on the roof. When he was done, aside from a couple of wet spots on the patio, I couldn't tell he was ever there - no mess left behind whatsoever. Before leaving, Alex came back to the door and showed me before and after pics of our panels. OMG! We should've had him out long ago! We wanted the panels cleaned because we noticed a decrease in output after the fires dropped so much ash, and there was no rain in sight. Honestly, the rain wasn't enough and hasn't been enough. They found a time that worked for our schedule within a few days. Gilberto arrived early for our appointment and was quick and efficient. They washed 25 windows and doors, 2 solar panels, and 5 screens (outdoors) all within a short period of time. It's great to see clearly out of our windows and screens again! Payment was by credit card and the cc number was taken by the office in advance, so there was no waiting for billing/settlement when they were completed with their task.
