The staff is always friendly, accommodating, & knowledgeable about services and products making recommendations and answering any questions clients may have. The managers do a great job training the part time staff. I have a service animal and this is definitely a "happy place" to take a break after errands appointments. And "The Guy" is the best!!

Brought it to the attention of management, who proceeded to tell me it DIDN'T MATTER if the facial lamps weren't on because the "rest were facial bulbs" anyway. Personally, paying for a bed and not having facial lamps *does* matter. I'd advise turning on your bed prior to undressing (losing tan time) to make sure things are in working order. Ugh.

She said that because she already charged my card she would have to text the manager to do a refund because she didn't know how. 2 days go by and still no return call from the manager. I finally got a hold of the manager who told me it requires 48 hours notice to cancel so it was now the 3rd day so I would be charged for that month. I told her exactly what happened that I requested the cancellation 15 min after giving the girl my card. She said "well I never got a text soo" I told her I would be disputing it with my bank. A month later I get a notification from my bank that Premier has yet charged me for ANOTHER month. Stick with Ultimate or Classic Tan

I specifically called ahead and asked for a stylist who specializes in short haircuts. Instead, I was paired with someone who seemed fresh out of school and specialized in highlights. I showed the stylist multiple inspiration pictures, but the final result looked nothing like them. Don't let the high-end atmosphere or great reviews fool you--they completely ignored my preferences. Not every woman wants long, highlighted hair. Some of us are professionals who prefer short, sharp styles, and we deserve to be paired with stylists who actually have that skill set. I drove home in tears. Save your money and go somewhere that actually listens to clients.
