I was in a huge hurry, and they did a great job to be sure I could have an amazing meal and experience within my tight time table.

Food was good, delivered fast and hot. Service was great had Abby as a server very professional and personable. Did not like the street corn, but I did like the Salmon and strawberry Margaritas. Ambiance is casual and chill as you listen to the waterfalls in the back ground it's soothing and comforting while you people watch, sip and chew.

Food, service, and ambiance incredible, definitely deserve 5 stars! My husband & I were staying at Opryland Hotel and got hungry for Mexican food. It appeared Solario was closed on the website, and we were bummed. So, we started walking toward other restaurants. We happened to look in Solario's direction, and discovered it was actually open. Yay! We chose a Dip and 2 entrees to share, because we both wanted the same things. We ordered the (STREET CORN QUESO) as the Dip and Entrees from the Specialty section of the menu (DOS TACOS & BEAN BURRITO.) The queso was the best we've ever tasted, and the chips served with it, are light and freshly made in-house. It's a large quantity, totally worth the price! It was filling, but we didn't even care if we got too full to eat the entrees...because it was that good! Entrees came, and we didn't have a problem eating most of it. Again, large portion sizes. These weren't your common tacos and bean burrito! They were kicked up a notch, which you would expect in an upscale restaurant. Our whole experience was wonderful! We were able to get a table and served quickly, with no wait. Atmosphere was beautiful, being seated by all the greenery in the lobby. And, service couldn't have been better. If it wasn't our waiter making sure we had everything we needed and requested, it was the other employees that were making sure we were fully satisfied. Biggest bonus... Check out those prices, comparable to other Mexican restaurants, if not cheaper. We were pleasantly surprised, you can dine at a place in the hotel and not have to pay a small fortune. Highly recommend checking this place out and ordering what we did! If they are on point like they were when we dined there, you will not be disappointed! You'll leave there happy patrons, anxious to return again! I'm sure everything on the menu is delicious, and we do plan on trying other things.

5 stars for Kendall!!! Seriously, she was one of the best servers I've had ever, anywhere. She was so kind and personable. And on top of her game. She should come work in the NYC industry - we need better people in hospitality like her. The food was good, and I was happy to see a selection of vegetarian options. The passion fruit aqua Fresca was awesome. The restaurant was not loud but pretty lively during Friday night dinner. All of the food came out super quick which was good as we were in a bit of a rush. A nice dinner option if you are in the convention center. So happy we came here!

My experience here was great! Took a seat at the bar for dinner, and was served promptly. I ordered 3 tacos a la carte - barbacoa, carnitas, and carne asada. They were delicious! Generous amount of juicy well seasoned meat and fresh and flavorful toppings. They aren't necessarily the most traditional, but I enjoyed them. I also got a side of the street corn, which was very tasty. Only thing is that I probably over ordered. Was not a light meal and this STUFFED me. For drinks, I started with their classic margarita, which was great. Pretty boozy. Then overheard someone else at the bar ask for a mescal margarita which sounded amazing so I tried that next. They make this really well here! It was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised by this spot. Located at the Gaylord property, the atmosphere is great. Gorgeous greenery and water with fountains and waterfalls, it's just so pretty. The place itself has limited menu but I thought it was pretty reasonably priced for being a hotel restaurant. I ordered a burrito which was HUGE (I can easily see someone splitting it between two people if you're not too hungry!), very flavorful and delicious. Bonvoy elite members get a free side of chips and salsa which is normally $6 on the menu, not bad. Service was very friendly. The place can get crowded based on how busy the hotel is, this place is humongous and hosts conferences and conventions frequently.

I thought the mushroom taco ($6) was pretty good but might have been overpowered by the pickled onions. I did enjoy the elote that I got as a side. Chips and salsa (and queso and guac) are all extra. I heard the plantains were excellent as well. The setting (inside the Gaylord) is very relaxing and you might feel like you were in a Mexican resort. Service was OK but it seemed like it took them a while to figure out where to seat us. Not a bad option.

The opulence & grandeur of the Opryland Resort is unmatched. Having this restaurant nestled right in there is giving perfect views. My nachos were seasoned well and not hot like I anticipated they would be. We did lunch here and my colleague did rave about her Torta sandwich. Our waitress was sweet & pleasant. We had a great lunch here.

This was the second restaurant my group tried one evening for late dinner in the resort. This was my favorite of the 3 we tried. Selection was great. Service was awesome, which was very nice even though we came close to closing time. Cute seating in the outside area because of the lush gardens. And the salsas were excellent. Tacos were very good. I got plantains too, and they were delicious. The best part was price! Much better priced than the Italian next to it.

Deliciously spicy crab tostado! This app is a must. I loved it, the right about of spice that l in here's for a little and I washed it down with a mango agua Fresca while I waited for my to-go order. I sat at the bar where Andy served me. I really enjoyed her company and some mommy-free time. For the to-go order, I ordered the carnitas taco and carnitas burrito with elote. The taco was pretty much falling apart so I didn't get to enjoy it too much but my partner loved the heck out of the burrito. The elote was creamy and pretty tasty. I would definitely eat here again.

Service was TERRIBLE. The wait was over an hour, with serval open tables. They did not have enough wait staff which , well wasn't great. With a hotel this big you think they would plan accordingly. Once seated , after the food was provided our waiter never came back to check on us, the food and etc. Had to run him down to just get the receipt. The food, the chips and guacamole and queso was the best part of the meal. The chips were baked nicely not too salty. -the street corn was the best part of the meal, and why I gave them 2 stars. The corn was nicely seasoned and fresh! The corn taco was very soft and mushy, no flavor. I ate the inside and left the tortilla. I'm not sure if it's a theme of the hotel, but all the food is pretty basic and not worth the prices. The outside is beautiful though, next to flowers and waterfalls. I would skip out on this one.

Mexican food has always been one of my favorites but I was a little disappointed with my experience at Solario Cantina. I visited the Opryland Resort in Nashville and was excited for a dinner out, however after realizing the long wait times we ended up at Solario. We waited at the front as we were told to order and then sit down with our number. The experience was a bit chaotic, and there didn't seem to be a system set up for the amount of people waiting in line. We shared chips and queso to start which were a bit dry surprisingly, not my favorite. Then I ordered a decently sweet margarita and the Torta sandwich which was tasty with avocado, pork, and veggies. It did the job of filling me up after a long day of touring the city, but wasn't my favorite Mexican spot although the scenery and view inside the resort was beautiful!

Located inside the Gaylord hotel and conference center. Chips and salsa were good. The lump crab tostadas were amazing. I had tacos which were also good. Hubby had the carnita asada and he liked it, he said the street con was really good

Great guacamole and fish tacos. The street corn was mushy. It tasted like canned corn. It would be better with frozen corn.

The setup inside is adorable and had a cozy, relaxed vibe from the moment we walked in. Our server, Tom, was absolutely wonderful. He even asked if we had any allergies when ordering, which we really appreciated even though we didn't have any. It honestly showed how much they care about their customers. I don't think I've ever had a restaurant ask that before! He was also super attentive and kept our waters refilled so quickly throughout the meal. One thing we really liked was the atmosphere. We loved all the fun live music spots around Nashville too, but this was a nice change of pace if you're looking for more of a chill, relaxed vibe where you can easily enjoy conversation during dinner. We both ordered the asada tacos and they were SO delicious, exactly what we needed. The rice on the side tasted incredibly fresh too, and the tomato and corn mixed into it were the perfect addition. You could tell everything was made with care. The staff was constantly cleaning tables quickly after guests left, and overall the service was just amazing from start to finish. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back next time we're in Nashville!

Asada Tacos: Honestly, pretty bland. The meat was cooked well but it lacked any real flavor. Salmon: Nothing special. Didn't feel like high-grade fish. Pork Belly Tacos (The GOAT): Absolute life-changing Pork Belly. As someone who's eaten a lot of pork belly, this was easily the best I've ever had. I'd come back just for this. The Portion: Tacos come with rice and beans so the portions are very generous. You won't leave hungry. 4/5 stars. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that incredible Pork Belly. It carried the whole meal. Highly recommend for that dish alone!
