After contacting them, no arguments, they did not hesitate to return with a crew who went over every penetration, and resealed them just to be sure, even though the leak was very localized to one area. They even repaired the stains caused by the leak, to our interior living room ceiling. Jesus H and the crew left no mess, were very thorough, and he explained exactly what work was performed. No arguments, and no charges for the work - Powur Solar & Guyou Roofing are Class A companies that I would not hesitate to do business with again, and I will refer them to all who ask for Solar and or roofing.

The biggest issue with this company is communication, follow-through, and failure to properly complete the job they were hired to handle. The main number is essentially an answering service, and it is extremely difficult to reach an actual person. Calls are routed around, messages are not returned, and when someone finally does call back, it is usually from random numbers that no one answers afterward. Before payment, communication was difficult but after payment, it became nearly impossible to get responses regarding problems with the job and permit process. Alex was very helpful initially but then vanished and would not address issues after he was paid. After I had already paid and believed the work had been finalized, I received a notice from the city that my permit was about to expire because the required final inspection had never been completed. I then spent days chasing people down just to figure out what was happening. No one seemed to know the status of the permit, inspection, or next steps, and I was left handling communication and coordination myself. To make matters worse, I was told an electrician would meet the city inspector at my property, but nobody showed up. The inspector arrived alone, and when I contacted the company, I received a text saying the electrician was at a gas station and "couldn't wait." I was then expected to coordinate things directly with the inspector myself to avoid permit expiration issues and additional costs. At that point, I realized I was essentially managing the completion of the project on my own despite having already paid the company to handle it professionally. Mistakes can happen, but poor communication, lack of accountability, and failing to properly complete a permitted job are serious issues. I would not use this company again.

Came back in and stated "I don't know what the problem is, but I can do a diagnostic, just the diagnostic would be $1,475" we said no, he left. -Next guy comes very cocky over the phone, he says $375, my husband says if you fix it. He laughed and said no when I fix it, I know what I'm doing. He came spent and hour and a half switching on and off stuff that had nothing to do with that area. Fixed nothing and said he didn't know what it was but wanted to run a line and it be $1,700 and it "should fix it" but we'd have to schedule it but his cost for coming out that day was $250 which he said was a discount, though he did nothing. -3rd guy never even showed he wanted to guide us over the phone, which did nothing. he said he'd come out but for $150 we said ok but he never came. Finally we found TM Electrical. lights were on in less than 10 mins, and they fixed the socket on the deck. TM Electrical is professional, efficient, reasonable, and actually gets the job done no BS, didn't leave a mess like one of the other guys did.
