He laughed and said no when I fix it, I know what I'm doing. He came spent and hour and a half switching on and off stuff that had nothing to do with that area. Fixed nothing and said he didn't know what it was but wanted to run a line and it be $1,700 and it "should fix it" but we'd have to schedule it but his cost for coming out that day was $250 which he said was a discount, though he did nothing. -3rd guy never even showed he wanted to guide us over the phone, which did nothing. he said he'd come out but for $150 we said ok but he never came. Finally we found TM Electrical. lights were on in less than 10 mins, and they fixed the socket on the deck. TM Electrical is professional, efficient, reasonable, and actually gets the job done no BS, didn't leave a mess like one of the other guys did. I've attached my invoice to show that they reallllllly charge the markup fees once they get here. I agreed to a deep cleaning unknowingly that the deep cleaning is basically mandatory. So my $39 3 bedroom carpet cleaning turned into $109 for 2 bedrooms? I attached a photo of my bedroom that John claimed to be extremely soiled that needed deep cleaning. Not to mention, I have to let them use my electricity as well as warm water from my bathtub for their machine? The estimator John was very unprofessional, he came in looking unkept and was doing a lot of small chat for being a professional. He made very un necessary comments about my personal items in my home as well as making comments about my looks. As a woman alone in my house, I felt very uneasy and just agreed to these services because I wanted him out of my house as soon as possible. And the kicker- I had to pay him my extra payment BEFORE the services were even started. I didn't care at the moment because I honestly just wanted him out of my house. I also wrote the check and got an invoice from "Home Services" not California Coast Home Services, which leads me to believe they have had issues in the past with that business name. Robert is the tech that is currently cleaning my carpets. He is more professional than John. He did a decent job. The carpets are clean, but wet. Even though my carpets are clean, I still would not recommend this company because of how misleading they are. I will definitely not be using their services again.

I hired him to fill in my unused pool after the Eaton fire. It took longer than it normally would have, due to some permitting issues related to draining the toxic water from the pool. There was a lot going on during the aftermath of the fire, so things didn't necessarily go as smoothly for me as they did for my neighbors, but when all was said and done, the pool got filled in with the necessary permitting in place, and now I have a nice, large backyard with none of the worries and maintenance that go with having a pool.
