The manager was also very rude telling me that doesn't have to give me any information about the products if she doesn't want to... That is by far the best deal I've seen on any site like that since I've been signed up for 6 months. They even let you choose from a number of hair removal sites, I chose underarms. Since I had never had anything like this done before, when I called to make an appointment they told me I needed to have a consultation done first (it was free) to have a test patch done in case of a bad reaction. Thankfully I wasn't allergic! I've gone there 3 out of 6 times so far and although it's a bit irritating (you can't expect a process like that to be painless), I'm always in and out in under 10 minutes. I never have to wait, even when I show up early. The technician is always professional, and the staff are always friendly. I'm from downtown Edmonton and I'd be willing to continue making the drive to Sherwood Park, even without a Living Social coupon. Even if I don't have the chance to get a sweet deal on laser hair removal from there again, I'd most likely go back when I'm ready to get other areas lasered.
