Perfect massage! Love this place. I try to come here at least once a month for relaxation and excellent massage. The owner Carol is excellent in customer service and very friendly, best part is most of the time you don't even need an appointment. I usually call 15 minutes before to make sure they have time for me. In my opinion the best value is 60 minutes body massage and 30 minute foot massage for $55 you can't beat that. You should drink a lot of water after this massage to hydrate your organs and muscles. By the way, they give you a tiny little cup of delicious tea at the end. I think it's a great idea to give someone you love this type of massage as a thank you. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. read more

What a little gem of a place this is. Located in the Juanita village part of Kirkland it is located on the main street. I found parking right at the front door mid evening. Well staffed and had Carol do the standard foot massage. Great price and did the standard $10.00 tip for one hour. I will be visiting this place when time and need allows. read more

Finally a consistently awesome massage! I have tried every foot spa on the eastside. One other was pretty good but not consistent. Sole Relax is consistent and as a huge bonus only $25. Carol, the owner does amazing work. The staff are nice and qualified. The atmosphere is clean, uncluttered and relaxing. He, as a proper London born guy, and someone who is WILDLY ticklish was a tad hesitant. But soon he was so relaxed and happy he nearly purred. I like the place it was clean and I had a nice massage. As stated in a previous review you can here the toilet flush. I have been to other foot spas. So I have something to compare it too. The lady who did my massage seemed to be the head person. I was a little bothering that she kept getting up to attend to thing in the store. clients coming in, help other employes . it made it a little hard to relax. I know there are when they do get up (to get the bucket of water, to dump it out and get towels) but this was a little much. Also she was talking to the employee next to her giving a massage to another client. I don't mind if they talk to each other a little but I really felt like it distracted here a little. read more

I go to places based on reviews all the time so I had to write a review. I'm not an angry customer, but really am not impressed by the customer service. I had gone in multiple times before and also got massaged too hard where I was in pain for the next couple days. I always said too hard and then it would only change for a couple of minutes. I kept going back because it was the only place I knew of in the juanita area that was pretty inexpensive. The last time I went in, I had a massage that hurt me and so I was going to tip 10%. The older lady who sits at the desk turned around and said "Um, people usually tip 15-20%" I told her I knew that and I still wanted to only tip 10%. She was obviously upset about that, but found it very rude. Everytime I went in after, she would tell me they were booked. It may be coincidental, but she didnt smile like she used to when I came in...not sure. However, I found another massage spa that even offers body scrubs and different type of massages for the same amount! read more

As a highly discerning customer of any type of massage place, whether it be a high end spa at a 5 star hotel or an easy drop in place like Sole Relax, I will say that I have been a loyal return patron since they opened their doors. The owner, Carol is extremely warm, welcoming and speaks very good English (unlike some other places where I'm sure they have no idea what I have told them I would like!). She is very accommodating in terms of last minute calls and pain that we have decided we simply can't take any longer and need to have addressed that same hour! :). The spa is clean, the staff is professional and there's always parking out front. The music is always very relaxing, appropriately fitting for the setting any time of day. The only complaint I would have are a few people who like to frequent the place that snore! Not that this is any fault of the establishment. Overall, I highly recommend Sole Relax to anyone wanting a quick, effective chair massage to ease the usual work-neck and sore shoulders or a very relaxing foot massage. It's, 100% the BEST one in the area. Kevin has helped my neck injury on a weekly basis for the last year. It's clean and respectable. :) read more

I am sitting here in their little lobby drinking my green tea after my now 'pay day massage routine'. Man, they are good. If you work at a computer all day like me, then you know of the little triangles under your neck, but between your spine and each of your shoulder blades and the horrible knots that form there. Coming in for a 15 minute shoulder massage for $15 is absolutely worth it. I may even make it a weekly ritual! read more

I live up the street from this place and have had around 10 'foot massages' over the last year. Each was good. I prefer to grab a lemon drop (drink) at Brix right before I go (and especially love this combination after a really long week of work). Two weeks ago I scheduled an hour lay down massage with Kevin and it was WONDERFUL!!! They do some really different moves with this massage, so be prepared. I highly recommend it. I believe it was around $50 and well worth it. It really beats the foot massage because I feel that there are some real limitations with massaging in the chair. I am going again tonight! read more

My husband and I decided to give Sole Relax a try today, as we went on a long run yesterday, and boy were we glad we did! We dropped in and were told they could take us in an hour - no big deal, we'll make appointments next time (we only live up the street)! We opted for the $25 hour foot massage and we were in for a real treat - it started with a massage of the face & head and ended up being a mostly feet and lower leg massage but really was a whole body massage and experience. In fact, when he took the cover off my face I thought we were done but he was asking for me to flip over so he could work on my backside. Based on how relaxed my husband and I were during our massage and how wonderful we felt after, we will be making visits to Sole Relaxed more regularly! Also, the staff was great! read more

I went there on the weekend (last Saturday) and was thinking to make an appointment for body massage, but the website says that walk-in welcome and no appointment necessary. Quite frankly, I was not expecting much out place that offer $25 an hour for foot massage. I've been to a lot of places like this around Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond area and most of them were just ok. Then I found this place which is much closer to where I live. I wanted to get 60 mins body massage and 30 mins foot massage. Unfortunately one of the guy that does the body massage told me he already has client that would come in 20 mins, and said that I should've made an appointment prior (oh, and he was really friendly and helpful too !!). Then he suggested for me to get the $40 special, which was 30mins foot massage and 30mins body massage, and it was really GOOD !! It was so relaxing and I think I fell asleep because how good the masseuse was. I forgot to ask his name, but overall experience was absolutely outstanding! The lady there (short hair) was extremely friendly too! Good service, friendly staff, clean place, clean bathroom as well, and that was probably the best $40 I've ever spent in massage place!! Would definitely come back to this place pretty soon. read more
