For the price you pay, this place is awesome. I had an appointment at 9:00pm for an hour full body massage/ stress reliever. I haven't slept that good in weeks! The staff is very friendly and professional. I love that they keep the lights and noise level down, which really helps you relax. (And feel less self conscious about falling asleep & drooling during a foot massage;) You can choose how hard you want them to massage too, which is nice. I chose medium and could have probably bumped up to hard. I went with a friend and they had a room with two tables side by side, would be fun for a couples massage. Since I have been pregnant, I have been looking for a good pedicure place who doesn't just rub lotion on your feet and legs but actually gives a decent massage. Boy have I been going about this all wrong. I walked into Sole sole happy around 3pm and got in no problems. I got the 25 dollar foot massage which also came with a 20 min shoulder/neck rub and 40 min foot rub. Man did that ever hit the spot for my tired waddling feet. And the little bit of shoulder rub was great too. Next time I rather spend the money here to get my feet rubbed down for a full hour instead of paying extra for the extra 10-15mins of lotion rubbing at the nail salons. I understand sometimes there is a wait but don't try to walk in when the general public is off of work or the weekends. I think the best thing is to give them a call before walking in to see if there is a wait. I've been to quiet a few reflexology places and I know that most have a particular way of massaging. What I mean by that, is that they typically have a massage pattern and consistency. Not here. I was so darn happy with this massage! It was a little, um, visually unappealing when I first got there and started to question my choice. But my back hurt from traveling and sleeping in a hotel bed and I really just wanted to relax. I certainly did! The man, sorry I forget his name, was gentle when it counted and firm when he needed to be. He worked out several neck/shoulder knots and left me feeling light as air! This used to be my go to place and I used to have the most amazing massages but the last couple times my normal guy (I guess is no longer there ) but I got some random dude who I think was just then front receptionist dude who spoke no English , and went on to literally impart some kind of massage/torture technique that I had to basically endure because when he would ask if it was ok I would say no please go easier or OUCH he just kept on with the abuse. At one point he actually slipped a bit and punched me in the chin..... um. No sorry even ?!? I totally understand that these places are affordable because they're not your normal massage therapists but two times in a row I left there in worse shape then going in so now I have to find a new place. Was my first time here and I called and made a same day appt about 2 hours before I set my appointment. She was very nice over the phone and I was very pleased with my massage. I will definitely be going back. I got the 'pamper me' package. My feet soaked and then she started with the feet and then on to the full body massage. Unfortunately I have to rate this in order to write this but please keep in mind I am only doing this for your own well being. I don't really like the fancy massage places only because I feel they are a little tender and I like more pressure even with deep tissue. Anyways, I came here for my second time but this time was much different. I told the sick(because he doesn't deserve gentle) man up front I wanted the pamper me package which is 1 hour and 20 minutes. He asked if I wanted to do hot stones for $5 more. Sure! So he led me back and told me to face down. So I did. Was not aware HE would be the one doing the massage. Typically always get women and granted I did not specify gender. Being flipped over, I didn't know it was a male giving the massage, He massaged my back and side and let's just say side boob which was shocking and uncomfortable BUT I do feel more comfortable with women so I shrugged it off. Next, he moves my undies below my bum. Fine butt massage but it's not a butt massage when the fingers slip between the cheeks and goes almost inside. As he rubs my lower back with his thumbs, his other fingers go underneath the front part of my pelvis and he starts rubbing that area and brings his hands more inward. WTF!!! Finally comes the legs. Spreads them apart and massages the WHOLE leg all the way to the groin and putting pressure on the the outside of the lady parts! I didn't say anything because I was shocked and scared. He got the wet towel and tried wiping off the oils. My inside legs hurt like they were bruised. He coughed and I realized by the cough it was a guy. He told me to turn over at that time and gave my a head massage with a towel over my eyes. It was finally over. Only lasted 50 minutes and not the 1 hour 20. Didn't relax at all. Just wanted to leave. I saw him up front and paid. I did tip only because I didn't know what he was capable of and I saw reviews about previous tipping issues. I called Beaumont PD non-emergency and they suggested to contact the owner but it appears management is just as bad. I will never go back and I hope whoever goes is safe. I do not recommend. This was rather detailed but I wanted to share my experience and allow those to make their own decisions. Just be careful. read more

I enjoyed my massage and loved the price. $45 for 80 minutes is a great deal! I liked the private room. There was an issue, though. The man working on me smelled like garlic! It was pretty bad. Also, I noticed others saying they felt pressured to tip. We experienced the same thing, with both men coming up to the desk and standing closely/looking at credit card slip. Talk about bold! Me and the Mrs. regularly go here to get a massage. The prices are awesome doesn't get much better than 60 bucks for both of us for an hour. It can get a little warm in there during the summertime but nothing to write home about. It is very clean and not one of those "creepy" place to get a massage. The recliners are comfortable but the massages are very light (I got an older Asian woman) and didn't really do anything for me. I've had plenty and various different massages in the past and they've all been worth it even the $100/hr I had in Nevada. This place has been the only one to disappoint me so far. I had a rough couple of days of work and school and finally had a night to get a massage. I picked this place because they're open late and have a 10% discount for hospital employees. My girlfriend and I chose the "pamper me please" massage for $45/120mins. I chose M/H and GF chose M. The guy started with my head and scalp and it was hard. When he got to my neck, shoulder, and foot I told him to make it a little bit softer. The first time I told him was with my shoulder and he did ease it up but went right to hard again. If signaled to him a couple more times and he even sensed that my foot was tensed (because I was in pain) and just said "relax". I really wanted to just get up and leave. At the end, probably not even 120 mins after but I'm not complaining as I didn't want anymore of that torture, I was paying and I asked about the discount again and they just stared at my ID badge and said no english. Yet he knew enough English to ask my race. So I paid $90 for 2 massaged and $10 tip each (just because I always tip) even though I was UTTERLY angered by my experience. My neck, shoulders, and heels are now very tender and sensitive to touch. So I came in again today when they opened hoping that someone from the morning staff spoke English but it was just another guy who also didn't speak English and the guy that massaged me. I then resorted to calling the manager, Michael, multiple times and the phone just rang with no answer or voicemail. I'm going to try to call again a few more times tonight read more

In the middle of my massage the lady stopped at least 3 times to answer the phone. Get a receptionist. They would talk and laugh in the middle of our massage, not such a quiet place after all. Then, the guy was way to harsh on my boyfriends back after he said "lighter." His shoulder is now hurting him & I have to massage it every so often to make the pain decrease.
