The property is a little dated, but it is meticulously maintained and staffed by very friendly, customer-service-oriented people. "Shout-out' to Ms. Nishme (concierge), Ms. Arely (concierge), Mr. Jesus (Talavera Bar & Restaurant), and Mr. Jiri (Vela Restaurant) for making my stay extremely enjoyable and catering to my daily needs as I bathed in a week of relaxation away from the daily commute and corporate grind. Perched above the resort with spectacular views of the pool and the sea beyond, you will find Jesus at Talavera blending the best margaritas and cocktails within the property, as you enjoy some of the best pub-like entrees and dishes reminiscent of local heritage with modern technique. Indoor-outdoor seating combines for a rustic, stylish , refreshing atmosphere after a day on the beach or poolside. Aside from this dining option, I highly recommend Vela for a romantic evening near the pool, enjoying Italian-influenced seafood, pastas, and meats paired with some eclectic Mexican wines that thrill one's palate. The morning breakfast buffet is quite enjoyable as well, offering Western and Mexican options along with fresh fruits, vegetables, breads, and juices, providing the perfect beginning to a sunny tropical day. Last but not least among the property's treasures are the expansive rooms overlooking the ocean, the numerous shops, and the amazing indoor/outdoor gym with state-of-the-art equipment. Some of the less attractive things about the hotel are the weak, expensive cocktails served poolside, beachside, and everywhere, with prices consistent across all venues and flavors and alcohol content very watered down. Talavera Bar is the only difference. Another notable matter is the 15% service charge on everything! And you find yourself tipping on top of the service charge! As a Diamond member, I receive a complimentary breakfast for two each day, but I was billed $12 service charge and a tip each morning. I would still recommend this hotel as a vacation destination for its beauty, tranquility, and comfortable suites.

Wow. Just wow. 5 stars all around!!!!…read more I don't have a single complaint about the Waldorf which really blew my mind. Yes it is quite pricey but for once, the price is justified by the impeccable customer service, room quality, and maintenance of this resort. It is the perfect blend of modern and elegance and screams luxury without trying too hard. It's close to the marina as well so easy access to other restaurants, shopping, and tours. We stayed at a 3 bedroom villa and the week flew by. The rooms were spacious, well kept, clean, and stocked with everything you need. We had our own private plunge pool to soak in whenever we wanted to. You are greeted upon arrival with a welcome drink and they gifted the kids an adorable sugar turtle cookie when we departed! They offer sample drinks and popsicles at the pools. Their attention to detail is flawless and everything is well thought out. The resort has an adults only pool, a family infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and another shallow kids pool. Plenty of lounge chairs and was never too busy. The food was fantastic from the poolside kitchen to the on site property restaurants to the private chefs. Honestly some of the best food I've had in my life. The spa is world class and I highly recommend it. We had some of the best nail service, massages, and facials ever. Everyone is well trained and very skilled and experienced in their area of expertise. They have complimentary golf carts that take you anywhere on the property and we never had to wait for one. Everyone is so friendly, inviting, and professional. I truly appreciated everyone's hospitality and warmth. The best part was our private butler who cooked our meals, arranged all activities and transportation off the property, did laundry, and even found our missing shoes that flew across the resort! lol. Our butler Ricardo was amazing and such a delight to have. This is a once in a lifetime experience that everyone must indulge in. It's worth it.

Other than that, best stay i've ever had in terms of everything. Room, aesthetics, service, and location. It also comes with a fire place, which comes in handy at night. The room is also equipped with binoculars for whale watching, very thoughtful. The service was top tier, better than Ritz Carlton and other Wardolf location I've stayed at. You get a personal concierge that can help you with whatever you need 24/7. Shout out to my concierge Raquel, she made the stay so much smoother. The location is prime. Walking distance from a lot of restaurants, bars, and clubs. If you don't want to walk uber's about $5-10 bucks.

If you're looking for the kind of vacation that makes you question why you ever go anywhere else…read more.. this is it. Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort absolutely delivers the full luxury experience -- from the moment you arrive, everything feels effortless, elevated, and honestly a little addictive. The entertainment is stellar -- live music, performances, and nightly events that actually feel fun (not forced). There's always something happening, whether you want a lively vibe or a relaxed evening with a cocktail watching the sunset. Speaking of cocktails... the fresh fruit drinks are next-level. Think real ingredients, not syrup overload. Every margarita, mojito, and tropical creation tastes like it was made by someone who actually cares about flavor. The all-inclusive experience truly means all-inclusive -- incredible dining options, premium drinks, beautiful pools, attentive service, and zero stress about constantly reaching for your wallet. Just show up and enjoy. And the setting? Absolutely stunning beaches with golden sand, dramatic coastline views, and that perfect Cabo glow. Pair that with a swim-up room, and suddenly leaving your suite becomes optional. Coffee in the morning from your terrace straight into the pool? Elite vacation behavior. Perfect for couples, celebrations, or anyone wanting a luxury getaway that actually lives up to the hype. 10/10 would book again without hesitation.

The shower has excellent water pressure, and the in-room fridge is consistently stocked with a wide variety of beverages, which is a nice touch. That said, the hotel is quite isolated in Cabo. If you're planning to explore the city, be prepared for a roughly 45-minute drive each way, which can get expensive. Staff: The staff are a major highlight. Everyone is extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. This level of hospitality seems consistent throughout Cabo in general. Food & Drinks: Unfortunately, this is where the experience falls apart. The food is very low quality, arguably some of the worst I've had at a resort. Even the "upscale" restaurants serve dishes that are underwhelming to the point of being inedible. The drinks are average at best, with mid- to low-tier alcohol selections. Entertainment: The resort is very quiet and lacks energy. There's minimal entertainment, and what is offered is below average. The shows aren't particularly engaging, and the "Desire" club is disappointing even on a weekend night. If your goal is simply to relax by the pool and do nothing, this could be a good fit. Otherwise, it may feel boring. Final Thoughts: Overall, the hotel is just okay. This experience reinforced my impression that many all-inclusive resorts follow the same formula, charging a premium for what ultimately feels like low-value extras and mediocre quality. This will likely be my last all-inclusive stay.

We rolled up in a private black SUV, got handed frozen blended drinks before we could even unpack, and instantly knew we made the right choice. The room was huge with ice-cold A/C, a ceiling fan, separate tub and shower, and a balcony view that deserved its own Instagram account. The poolside servers were 10/10. The fancy cocktails? Cute... but watered down as heck. Thankfully, we're seasoned all-inclusive people, so we skipped the games and ordered double shots of tequila. The pool is only about 4 1/2 feet deep, and after enough doubles, I'm proud to report that I did not drown. The beach is absolutely stunning, but Mother Nature said, "Look, don't touch." The waves are no joke, so the beach is closed for swimming. Service was amazing everywhere we went. Some of the food had us saying, "ehhhhhhhh..." Overall, it was quiet, romantic, adults-only, and worth every penny. We'd book it again in a heartbeat.

After a pool-side lunch on property our first full day (we arrived the afternoon prior), my friend and I both became violently ill within a few hours. Not long after, we were in the ER, then admitted to the ICU of a local hospital for two nights and three days. The resort doctor and staff were fully aware of our illness and hospitalization throughout. The fallout: we had to extend our room by two nights, rebook flights and airport transfers, and my brother flew down last-minute to help us get home, adding his own flight, room, and transfer costs. Our total trip cost nearly doubled. The resort's entire response was one phone call asking if we needed anything. At checkout, there was nothing. No apology, no acknowledgment, no offer of a discount or refund. We've both since required a week off work to recover, and my brother lost several work days too. Beautiful property, but deeply disappointing hospitality or care for their guests when it actually mattered. I unfortunately not only cannot recommend this property, but I would avoid it completely for both the food poisoning and poor customer service. Timing for reference: Check-in day was June 28, 2026

As someone who has stayed at many 5 star hotels- this is not a 5 star hotel, but it's definitely a solid 4. Because it's all inclusive, there's a mixed crowd of folks- couples, groups, people with memberships who are regulars etc. The groups of people can get kinda rowdy at the pool and that's where it feels more like you're on spring break in Cancun vs what you would expect at a 5 star hotel.

This property markets itself as an ultra-luxury, five-star experience, but the reality felt much closer to a crowded all-inclusive cruise ship than an exclusive luxury resort. The atmosphere was busy, noisy, and lacked the elevated service and attention to detail we expected for the price. The biggest issue was that multiple members of our party became seriously ill during our stay. Whether it was food-related or not, it completely derailed our vacation and forced us to leave early. As a result, we lost more than $4,000 in prepaid vacation expenses, and the resort offered little in the way of meaningful assistance or accountability. The food was another major disappointment. Despite the resort's luxury branding, many meals were mediocre at best, inconsistent, and nowhere near the quality you would expect at this price point. We have stayed at other luxury resorts in Cabo and found the dining experience to be significantly better elsewhere. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of flexibility when we needed to leave. After spending thousands of dollars for what was supposed to be a relaxing luxury getaway, we left feeling stressed, sick, and taken advantage of. There are many incredible resorts in Cabo. Unfortunately, Le Blanc was not one of them. Between the illness, the disappointing food, the crowded atmosphere, and the financial loss we incurred by leaving early, this was one of the worst vacation experiences we have had. I would not return, and I would strongly encourage travelers considering Le Blanc to research alternative luxury properties before booking.

You are greeted upon arrival with chilled fruit punch or water. Our room (an upgraded suite) was clean and comfortable and one of my favorite aspects was that the bathroom has an actual solid door that fully closes, not some glass panel or barn door nonsense. The balcony on the suite is huge, accessible from the bedroom and the living room, and comfortably furnished. The pool deck is spacious and very clean and beautifully landscaped. Plenty of shady seating. There's a volleyball net and organized, refereed games. It's nice in the evening with several inviting spacious fire pit areas glowing. There are plenty of food choices in the many restaurants; you can find something at any time of day and room service is offered 24/7. The bars are always open and well-stocked. There is a huge sports bar and we were here during the Winter Olympics so we could watch the action on the big screen. There is also a theater featuring live dance shows. It's easy to take a cab into downtown San Jose del Cabo for excellent restaurants and shopping. We ate outstanding tacos at La Lupita. The downtown square comes alive in the evening with music and craft stands. Downtown Cabo San Lucas is about 30 minutes away, expect to pay $50 US plus an extra $6 if you take the tollway (recommended). Once there you can enjoy dining and shopping and hop on a water taxi out to The Arch. Now, the drawbacks: it's all-inclusive so none of the restaurants is outstanding. Definitely avoid the French restaurant as the escargot caused my husband violent illness-Inexcusable! The pool snacks are especially unappealing unless you are a kid. There is a charge for poolside and ocean view cabanas and while you get a cheerful server (thank you, Yesenia!), you may not enjoy the thin cushion and the metal frame digging into your tailbone. On the beach, your neighboring cabana's occupants may choose to smoke all day and play their own music without headphones. The seagulls loudly compete for dominance. There is loud DJ music poolside starting at 10am. They call it "entertainment ". At intervals they will switch to pounding disco club-style music and maybe lead an exercise class or play games using a really loud microphone. So forget about reading your book. We can even hear it clearly from inside our room. We had a small issue with one of the showers in the room which didn't have hot water. It was a suite so we had two showers, which was ok since it was just the two of us. The "Around the World" live dance show in the Teatro Real was really loud and of cruise ship caliber. No shade on the eight dancers, they were working hard and the lifts were athletically impressive, but after 50 minutes their smiles faded and we were shifting in our seats checking our watches. The beach is huge and stunning and goes on forever but it's steeply sloped so you are walking on a deep slant the whole way. We didn't swim due to red flag conditions; maybe that's just a February thing. Overall, I'd say if you are a family or a young person you may appreciate the all-inclusive lifestyle more than my 60-something self. I can't comment on the value as we were here on a company-sponsored trip, and as this is my first trip to this area, I have nothing to compare it to.
