I have multiple watches; some that need a battery and I never ever spent what he told me. He basically took advantage of me because he saw a nice watch and he also said that himself. The staff apologized and offered me a small necklace free of charge so my daughter had something to open, while promising that the necklace would be there the following week and they would reach out when it's ready. Now here I am, over a week later and I'm being sent to voicemail and my text messages are going unanswered. Be careful with purchasing custom items from this store. It's one thing to purchase something there and in stock, but for anything that will come in later, this store may or not provide your item. I'll be reporting them to the BBB as I have not received any mention of a refund and haven't received my item.
