My fiancé brought a ring that has been passed down to me to get cleaned and remove a stopper prior to our engagement. However, the ring needed to be bigger so I brought it back to Morré Lyons. I went to the store on a Wednesday and they fitted me for a larger size. When I asked if it will be ready tomorrow Karen responded with "maybe" and I said what about Friday, Karen then responded with "it should be, is there something special you need it for". I explained I am going on vacation and I would like to wear my ring on vacation. Linda chimed in with "why would you want to wear it on vacation". I became very upset at this point and it showed on my face. Karen then said to me, "what are you going to do? Cry about it. You will be fine".After going back to the store on Thursday I found the Jeweler BROKE 2 prongs on my ring and it needed to repaired. I went back Friday and they claimed they "fixed it" not even a week later the diamond FELL OUT. There were many other unprofessional events that followed this interaction. Including involving family members and then proceeding to lie about it. I would not recommend Morré Lyons jewelers to anyone.

She confirms the citrine stone and diamonds on my ring is genuine and the setting was very nice. She didn't charge me for the verbal appraisal and recommended for me to skip the appraisal paperwork since my ring In particular is just not worth as much ($300-500 max). Sooo Rare to find a honest business jewelry business. This business has Multiple locations too. I called back recently to inquire about a ring resizing, and a gentleman told me they had another locations much closer to me in West New York, N called J "Continental Carbo Jewelers". I highly recommend this business to my friends and family. They are always happy to help!

With the sentimental value that's hard to do but we decided to try rings instead.
