I went to the store on a Wednesday and they fitted me for a larger size. When I asked if it will be ready tomorrow Karen responded with "maybe" and I said what about Friday, Karen then responded with "it should be, is there something special you need it for". I explained I am going on vacation and I would like to wear my ring on vacation. Linda chimed in with "why would you want to wear it on vacation". I became very upset at this point and it showed on my face. Karen then said to me, "what are you going to do? Cry about it. You will be fine".After going back to the store on Thursday I found the Jeweler BROKE 2 prongs on my ring and it needed to repaired. I went back Friday and they claimed they "fixed it" not even a week later the diamond FELL OUT. There were many other unprofessional events that followed this interaction.
