Customer service is above and beyond!!! Backstory: I was gifted a few pieces of their demi-fine jewellery for Christmas and wanted to exchange a couple (they were great - just not 100% my style). I found some great replacements and also bought a pair of dangly earrings. Later that day when I get home, my husband pointed out I was missing one of the earrings! We look everywhere - to no avail. So I email the store a photo of the one earring I have left asking if it's possible to buy just one. Sadly they were out of stock, so I keep looking for the lost earring, without much hope. Fast forward to January 29 (a full MONTH later) and I get an email from Katie saying they got the earrings back in stock and did I still want to buy one? Y'all - I had basically given up on ever having this complete pair of earrings (that I had only had for one day ). That act alone got them a lifelong customer. Katie Diamond Jewerly is my favorite place to buy gifts and shop for updated pieces for myself. The prices range from $-$$$$ and are so stylish that the less expensive items look pricier than they actually are. The pricier items are beautiful, feminine and are either original to the store (because Katie designed it) or original to our area. Katie does an amazing job buying so that we have many great options to choose from in a pretty, quaint boutique environment. And, they have the sweetest staff who are always very helpful but not pushy at all. Im not one to write reviews often, but it really is that good. Katie Diamond Jewelry is, hands down, the best store around. I know that if I need a gift, I will always find something that is not just suitable, but actually perfect for the recipient. The staff is friendly, helpful and adept at assisting you to find an item in your price point. I love that in one shopping trip, I was able to get my daughter an adorable pair of earrings (she has a nickel allergy so these can be hard to find!), a gorgeous clutch for a friend's birthday and even a fun necklace for myself. The store also has a great feature where you can keep a "wish list" so that if your significant other is at a loss for what to get you, he or she can ask to see your wish list. How great is that? They also have this feature on their website. I think it's genius. However, what's really funny is that because my husband knows how much I love the merchandise, he recently bought me two bracelets without consulting my list! He said, "I figured I couldn't go wrong since you love everything there." He is right. Katie Diamond also designs beautiful jewelry which you will not find elsewhere.
