I recently bought a car from them the thermostat needed to be replaced so that was replaced and 2 months later my vehicle started over heating brought it back in and they said it was the thermostat then called back and said they can't figure out the problem brought it to Dodge and they said it had the wrong coolant so basically they caused the over heating and whatever else I'll have to change this place is terrible they lie and will screw your vehicle up if you let them and then say they can't figure out the issue and likely are the reason for the issue also the warranty most likely isn't going to cover your vehicle so just don't even waste your time read more

Falsely advertised prices. The price listed online is not what they are actually selling the car for. Dealer doc/registration/DMV fees are to be expected. Sales tax is to be expected. But they add a "reconditioning" fee, that includes their cost for repairs and cleaning to get the car ready to sell. In other words, what should be included in the sales price if they want that cost covered. That cost doesn't get brought up until you get the purchase order. If they want the customer to cover those costs, that needs to be included in the list price. read more

I bought my car for the the first one on my own and Gary was so helpful and let me test drive them. Sheldon also helped me and he is honest and straight to the point. No fluff no bs. I purchased 2 cars from them. That saved my life. I got in a really bad accident that turned my car into an accordion but I barely had a scratch on me. So I purchased the same car from them again. They didn't have it but found one for me. They were able to get me amazing interest rates. My first car was 1.5% second was 3%. If you have concerns they take it very seriously and wont try to manipulate you into thinking you're wrong about your concern. They don't sell beaters. Every car ive seen has been in mint condition. They don't charge much over how much they purchased the car from. Usually car salesman ive met have told me that they make a lot of money to the point they don't know what to do with it. But the team at solid motors just make a willing wage. I never have to worry about them over pricing to things. I've also been regularly getting my oil change there and they check your car for you without asking if it needs maintenance which I never needed. My car runs perfect. It's the type of establishment that i can't live without. I'll be buying my kids cars from them as well. If they don't have the car you want just ask! Went there with 4-5k to put down and they went through there one credit union, cause apparently they look like they only go though that one only. I explained I'm a independent contractor and they still wanted proof of income, mind you the vehicle was $13,500 and mind you I was willing to place $4-5k down. I received a letter from there credit union approving me for the vehicle and 63 month term. Called the dealership and the guy was still claiming I need proof of income! Even though I was approved by there own credit union. I even spoke with their credit union reps who seemed baffled cause that dealership claimed I needed proof of income! He liked what he saw but wanted me to drive it and give the ok before he bought it. Anthony waited on us and was very helpful and patient with us. My husband called me to come look at the car and we took it for a ride. Anthony never pressured or rushed us and we decided on making the purchase. One of the things that brought my husband here in the first place was that they offer a 6 month 6,000 mile warranty. We ended up buying an extended warranty which gives us piece of mind of not having to worry about a major repair down the road if it would happen. I bought my car in May and have had nothing but issues. First thing that went out was a sensor which was covered under the warranty fortunately. Now my A/C is out in half my vehicle while it's over 100 outside and I have kids. Of course it's not covered under the warranty and going to cost a lot to fix. After getting my car back from them fixing the seatbelts which was a safety hazard, my a/c now shuts off and on and my tire sensor is on. Very disappointing experience with this Car Dealership. I came in 4/25 to trade in a vehicle with them. Long story short trade in was not an option, but they gave me another chance by "approving" a loan without trading the car in.So i was okay with it. Paper works and everything done, I got to take home my vehicle. Drove it for a little less than 24 Hours. Next day, 4/26 I got a phone-call from this dealership saying, they don't have an offer. So I was shocked, frustrated and a little angry. I had to return the vehicle. It didn't make sense. But it was pretty un professional to allow someone to take a vehicle home sign documents and everything only to find out"theres no offer"?!?! It is what it is. One thing I know..
