I bought a car from them and never received the title, I don't think they never owned the car that they sold me. Now I have car with no title. Check everything before you make payment!.

I want to share our extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. Of course it's a small lot. My fiancé recently purchased a car from them, they showed us the "report" on the car.. "completely clean" but noooo.. we believed them and trusted them. They lied. After purchasing, my grandfather (from Findlay Lincoln) did his own look up.. after doing his deep research, we found out that the car is only worth between $500 to $10,000. However, we paid $17,000 for it, including taxes. We paid the car on the spot. They won't even negotiate a solution. The dealership claimed that the car had only two previous owners and no accidents, but this turned out to be false. THE CAR HAD SIXTY CAR ACCIDENTS. It was a previous rental so claimed by them.. SIX ZERO car accidents. COMPLETELY REBUILT TITLE.. We tried contacting them multiple times to resolve the issue, but they blocked my fiancé's phone number. When I called, they put me on hold when I explained our situation. The phone would hang up after being on hold. not sure why? Don't want to assume they did that. We have also messaged them countless times with no response. My grandfather, who works at Findlay Lincoln, inspected the car and found numerous issues. The car is in such poor condition that no one will insure it. It's barely running, and the underside is completely deteriorated and rusted, making it unusable. This dealership has been incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. They have numerous terrible reviews, and now I understand why. We are completely stuck with a car that is not worth the money we paid and is not even usable. I strongly advise against doing business with this place. Don't buy a shit car from them (excuse my language) go spend a little more at a 'luxury lot' I will enter a few photos here of My Fiance, and a friend who joined us. (I took the photo) I will say they made the place look real nice though lol

I purchased 2 cars for CASH ... 2 months after the purchase, the brakes on my truck locked up .. it sat in my garage for 8 months until I was able to have someone come look at it as I dropped 50k to purchase these cars . Once the brakes were removed .. we noticed half of the brakes were missing entirely ... all 4 brakes and pads and everything attached were rotted and just crumbling . My 2nd vehicle needed new tires and a battery within the first week of purchase . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP . I have an attorney and will be suing this dealership. I have photo. Video and the brakes they let drive off their lot .. this could of killed me and my 3 children . Shame on you auto savvy

This is what they sold me!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! The former name of this ripoff sneaky company is Auto Source. They sell cars that have been through catastrophic accidents and you have no idea what the car youre about to buy, looked like before they sold it to you..... looking new. RUN THE VIN to check for accidents and make sure you see the condition/actual photos before you even waste your time or money with these smooth talking scammers. I lost 20k buying a bmw that had been through a horrible crash, only to find out too late and also not being from Nevada, I didnt know that "branded title" meant "salvage title" - a WRECK! Thats what you are buying. My car stopped working after 6 months and I had to take a major loss AND pay off the loan I had on it AND BUY A NEW CAR that I just ended up getting from the BMW Dealer. These people are total unethical predators (Colby, Jordan etc..... do not trust any of them). RUN!

Beware of this money pit nightmare! We bought a high priced chevy trailboss truck and it's broken down on the freeway twice (within just months of driving it off the lot) almost causing severe/fatal accidents. They won't help because of their "as-is" scam. The front wheel literally detaches!! Warranty won't cover the work so don't waste your money with that either! We're $8k in the hole for repairs alone and can't get rid of it because of the salvaged title. They used shotty off the market parts that aren't even compatible with the truck. Don't fall for the nice exteriors- we have to remove the lift kit to correct the problem because they did such a horrible job "rebuilding" the truck. Scam scam scam. Huge mistake.

My experience with Queen Motorcars:…read more I had my car in the shop for repair because it was involved in a hit-and-run. I thought it would be better to buy an old used car instead of renting a car. I didn't think I could afford the $ 500-a-week rental fee. I went to Queen Motorcars, and a Mercedes-Benz was listed for $3,995. I ended up putting a 3k required down payment with a 5K loan at 12% interest for 3 years. I paid it off in 8 months. They also included a $ 1,900.00 Sonsio transferable contract on the invoice that they said I HAD to pay for. They had assured me that I could transfer that contract. If I sold the car, I was walking out of the place until they said that. I test drove the car in daylight, and besides the "as is" trap, I am not a car guru to know how a bad car drives. They told me about the hood latch and the wheel inflation sensor. After I went home and looked over my paperwork, they had also included $1,300 that was nowhere stated in the documents as what it was. I went back to ask about the discrepancy amount, and they told me it was a dealer's fee. After two weeks, an engine light they had turned off came on, and I ended up paying over 5K in repairs, such as an exhaust manifold and oil leak issues. However, those issues are understandable in "as is" vehicles. However, the low-beam headlights are not. I did not drive the car at night, and the two times I did it were on high beams. I did not know it was on high beam. I took the car to PB, and they informed me that the car was in a car accident and that they had put the wrong headlight in the car, which fried the fuse circuit board for the low-beam headlights. Queens Auto Sales did not tell me about the car accident or the light issue, which is illegal to sell a car without working lights. They are guilty of predatory lending. How did I get approved for that loan when I already had a car loan, several credit cards, and a mortgage? They must have lied to the finance company about my income. I went back to try and see if they would buy back the car from me for at least 4k. The market value for this car is 8k. They said they would give me 500.00 for it! I should not have done all the repairs, but I did not want to ruin my car-buying credit by voluntarily surrendering it. If anyone knows an attorney who can help me with this, I would appreciate it.

The car is a 2014 Toyota Scion xB, and it seemed fine during the test drive. However, on March 28, I noticed that whenever I stopped at a stop sign, the engine made a strange noise. Something didn't feel right. I texted the salesperson, Melanie, but received no response. I then went to the shop and explained the issue. They test-drove the car, and I also mentioned that I had already filled the gas tank twice within a week. They told me to bring the car back the next day. I brought the vehicle in early the following morning. They said a mechanic would fix it, and later they called to say the car was ready. This was on March 29, 2026. However, it was a late call, and I didn't have enough time to pick it up. After two days, the check engine light came on. I texted Henry, and he told me to bring the vehicle back. On March 31, 2026, I dropped it off again. They said they would fix it, but after leaving it there all day, nothing was repaired. Instead, they told me to come back early on April 3. I returned again, having to use Uber, which was very frustrating. It's disappointing to buy a vehicle with engine problems, especially since this dealership was recommended by my cousin. I trusted them, but they have not been helpful at all. I have a 5-year-old child who needs to get to school, and I also need a reliable vehicle for work. I'm worried about my safety--what if the engine fails completely? The check engine light is still on, and it feels like they don't care. I plan to report this to the DMV because of their lack of action and concern for customer safety. I strongly advise others not to buy a vehicle from this place. If you do, make sure to bring an expert mechanic to inspect the engine. They don't even provide a proper service history of the vehicle. I hope they learn to treat customers better, but based on my experience, they do not care. Once you purchase a vehicle, they only seem interested in getting good ratings. I have since deleted the positive review I left for my salesperson, Melanie, because they did not help me at all.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of her. Unfortunately, the experience after that really brought everything down. I was told the vehicle had been detailed, but when I picked it up (around 11:30pm), it was very dirty. There wasn't visible trash, but there were fingerprints and smudges all over the interior, and the windows and mirrors were extremely dirty. I ended up having to hand wash the car myself inside and out. I also found a scratch about 6 inches long on the hood that I hadn't noticed before. I called two days later to speak with the sales associate to address the condition of the vehicle and the scratch. I was told I would receive a call back, but it has now been two more days with no response. I also didn't appreciate being asked to get car insurance on the vehicle before the numbers were even finalized. It made me feel more obligated to go through with the purchase. She did a great job during the sales process, but the follow-through and overall delivery experience really missed the mark. I would strongly encourage future customers to thoroughly inspect their vehicle inside and out before leaving the dealership, confirm any cosmetic issues in writing, and make sure all numbers are finalized before setting up insurance. Learn from my experience and double-check everything so you don't end up dealing with the same frustrations. Updated Review Updating my original review. I originally had some concerns after picking up my vehicle late at night. The car was dirtier than expected and I later noticed a light clear coat scratch on the hood once I saw it in daylight. I contacted the dealership about it and we scheduled an appointment for Friday to take a look at it. I'm happy to say they took care of the issue and buffed out the scratch, which I really appreciated. They made the situation right and that goes a long way with me. I also want to give credit to the sales representative who helped me from the beginning. She was extremely kind, friendly, and never pushy. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a vehicle that matched exactly what I wanted in terms of comfort and storage space. I would definitely recommend asking for Jordan Pfluke if you're shopping here. This dealership stood behind the vehicle they sold and made sure the issue was corrected, which I respect. Because of that follow-through, I'm happy to update my review to 5 stars.
