I want to share our extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. Of course it's a small lot. My fiancé recently purchased a car from them, they showed us the "report" on the car.. "completely clean" but noooo.. we believed them and trusted them. They lied. After purchasing, my grandfather (from Findlay Lincoln) did his own look up.. after doing his deep research, we found out that the car is only worth between $500 to $10,000. However, we paid $17,000 for it, including taxes. We paid the car on the spot. They won't even negotiate a solution. The dealership claimed that the car had only two previous owners and no accidents, but this turned out to be false. THE CAR HAD SIXTY CAR ACCIDENTS. It was a previous rental so claimed by them.. SIX ZERO car accidents. COMPLETELY REBUILT TITLE.. We tried contacting them multiple times to resolve the issue, but they blocked my fiancé's phone number. When I called, they put me on hold when I explained our situation. The phone would hang up after being on hold. not sure why? Don't want to assume they did that. We have also messaged them countless times with no response. My grandfather, who works at Findlay Lincoln, inspected the car and found numerous issues. The car is in such poor condition that no one will insure it. It's barely running, and the underside is completely deteriorated and rusted, making it unusable. This dealership has been incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. They have numerous terrible reviews, and now I understand why. We are completely stuck with a car that is not worth the money we paid and is not even usable. I strongly advise against doing business with this place. Once the brakes were removed .. we noticed half of the brakes were missing entirely ... all 4 brakes and pads and everything attached were rotted and just crumbling . Found a car online so came down to check it out. Upon arriving the entrance was hard to find, the construction workers were kind enough to point the right direction. Since when do you not get greeted or approached when arriving to a dealership? First red flag. We walked in and again we just helped ourselves to the lobby because nobody welcomed us inside. The woman who finally asked if we were being helped directed us to a person who was uninterested as if he was busy already. All the questions we asked about inventory he was unsure of, he didn't offer to show the car or even suggest us to check them out. Despite being highly discouraged this far; we went to check it out by ourselves, because we were still interested in the vehicle, we walked back in. This time greeted by a manager. We explained the dealership came recommended by a friend who had purchased two cars. After receiving an approval & workable payments, drove the car, they changed the deal arrangements. So we went to add a co-signer, had valid proof we could purchase the vehicle outright thought we wanted financing, credit scores were mid 600s. & they advised they'd let us know by end of day the details. We waited, however no communication was received. I called to check in on the status & the response was the agent working with us is off today, all the managers are currently busy & they'll call back. I never post Amat all but, the experience went amazing at first... until we took the car hike there was minor issues. We had 3 recalls which was never brought to our attention. Once leaving I asked to take off our plates they never did. I had to drive back and get them witches no big deal... once leaving the dealership they left us on an empty tank of gas.... So I called and explained they only gave us one car key and I need to bring it in to fix the minor damages.. "there answer was sorry we only had one car key if you want another one you would haven't pay for it...". No I wasn't this message when purchasing the car if it was, I would've asked for a discount for the amount of the key.. so far not liking the expensive I'm having... I purchased a salvaged 2023 Mazda MX-5 from AutoSavvy Las Vegas on Sahara in December 2023, and my experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Within 15 minutes of purchasing the car, an LED warning light appeared on the dashboard. I immediately texted my salesperson to report the issue (I have documentation of this communication, text 1). She directed me to contact AutoSavvy's customer service, which I did (text 2). I was able to schedule an appointment for their service department to inspect the issue the next morning. The next day, I also discovered a problem with the retractable hardtop. When closing it, the driver's side window no longer aligned properly with the roof, leaving a visible gap where water could enter. At my service appointment, the dealership fixed the hardtop issue, which they admitted was due to it not being flush with the vehicle. This raised concerns for me since this type of repair should have been addressed during the initial salvage process. However, for the LED warning light, they informed me they couldn't diagnose the issue and advised me to take the car to Mazda. When I brought the car to Mazda, their inspection revealed that the LED warning light was caused by inoperative swivel motors in both headlights. With evidence of a prior front-end crash, and the total repair cost was estimated at $3,388 (I have the documentation from Mazda to support this, mazda invoice). Given that the car was salvaged from a front-end crash (verifiable through the VIN history), I concluded that this was unrepaired damage from before I purchased the car. I had not experienced any crashes or other incidents after buying the vehicle. Over the next six months, I attempted to resolve this issue with AutoSavvy. Initially, when I provided them with Mazda's findings, they told me the issue needed to go through internal approvals, which they said would take a few days. Despite my numerous follow-ups via calls and texts, it took their service team over four months to respond, and when they finally did, they claimed that headlight assemblies were not covered. I clarified that this was not a warranty claim but an issue of prior unrepaired damage, which I was not made aware of when purchasing the car (I have documentation of this communication, text 3) After that, AutoSavvy stopped responding to my communications. Each time I called, I was told a manager would get back to me, but I never received a callback. I am now exploring legal action as I believe I have exhausted all other methods of resolution. It is unacceptable to purchase a vehicle with unrepaired damage and then be ignored by the dealership when the issue is brought to their attention. I've been enduring over a week of back and forth from Jordan in customer service not being able to give me any real or clear answer about my car, I've been told by basically everybody in the building that Coby or Colby , whichever one it is I'm not sure of the spelling, but I've been told that he is the manager of the location and he will be reaching out to me... guess what ? That never happened after calling multiple times waiting for days and leaving multiple voicemails, I was. OK I understand you are not in the service department, but you are the manager over this auto savvy location, doesn't that include Service? Again another extremely frustrating conversation with zero help and zero progress. I am HOPING that since I've reached out to corporate, the situation is resolved... If I could give this a ZERO star I would. PLEASE consider this review before going down. I worked with the young man Jonathan. Very nice and professional and was the best part of this company. Here is what happened.. I found a vehicle that I wanted to purchase, just wanted to work on the numbers of my trade in. 1. They gave me the total of my purchase with the trade in value... And they didn't think I would ask for the break down of it. Once I did, they did it all wrong and started adding things without even mentioning it. LIKE GAP! Mind you GAP is important to purchase but, If you are new to this you don't have to purchase gap from any dealership and you can get it else where for a cheaper price. 2. The gave me LESS than what they said they were going to give me on my trade in. $900.00 less to be exact. 3. I asked to speak to the manager who was doing all these numbers but he was busy eating? Lol. So they sent another guy named Angel. ANGEL WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. He was trying to prove to me that the numbers that was given to me was accurate. So right in front of me he did the numbers and he was SOOO WRONG!! And when I said those numbers doesn't add up, he said we didn't tell you specifically what the trade in was and that we said "about." 4. On the vehicle I was purchasing, certain parts of the car wasn't safe. As an example, the tires needed to be replaced. I understand buying a used car it won't be 100% perfect. But why would you sell a car with tires not being safe for a family? So Angel said, if it is a safety hazard that it'll be replaced but they wanted me to buy the car first before it being replaced. In conclusion, they wanted me to buy the car based on their trust. But to sum it all up: A. Didn't disclose the full detail of what I was purchasing. B. The numbers we all off, giving me less on my trade in. C. Wanted me to trust them that they were going to get certain stuff done. D. They got pissed off when I proved them wrong and Angel said trust goes both ways. How am I supposed to trust when numbers don't lie? And none of the numbers were adding up. From the day I drove my car off the lot, it has had nonstop problems. Leaving the lot, the car was shaking when idling. I contacted the guy who sold me the car immediately and told him the car was having issues. I had an appointment to come back in the following week to have the car looked at. Brought the car in and they said everything looked good. I asked if they checked the spark plugs and they said they only do that for vehicles over 100k. So I said okay and left. The following week the check engine light came on. Of course, it was the spark plugs. I had to come back and pay to have them all changed as it was not covered under my warranty. The shaking while idling continued and was not fixed. I moved and no longer live in Las Vegas. 4 months later the check engine light comes on with a 3/3 severity. The transmission was complete blown and had to be completely replaced. No car for 2 weeks. Luckily that was covered under the warranty I paid additional for and that fixed the shaking problem. Now, 2 months later, I am out of a car again for another issue. I have had the car just over 8 months and it has been nonstop problems. The vehicle was taken to another Chevrolet dealer where they fixed it within 3 days. My in laws payed out of pocked over $2500 and Autosource never took any responsibility. read more

Overall my experience gets a solid 1 star, and let me explain. This isn't your typical car dealership, and I was totally unaware when I got there (Understandably my fault). They had specifically what I was looking for, and ultimately I like what I got. The problems are specifically with the dealership itself. First, dealer nagged Chino told me that there are no differences with rebuilt titles overall which isn't true. I drive uber, so now I've got to go find a second car to use for that because you CAN NOT use rebuilt titles to drive ride share. And then there comes vehicle delivery. Every other dealership I've ever been to so make sure the vehicle is detailed and FULLY gassed to. Other dealerships want you to really fall in love with what you've purchased. These guess? NOPE. It looked like someone cleaned it with a wet rag and the inside you could tell had not been cleaned in awhile. They were nice enough to put $20 in the gas tank, but to say you can't fully gas it up for me because of "budget" issues? Yea, 1 star customer service. Plus it took me an extra 2 weeks to get the docs to go register because they were supposedly calling the wrong phone number. read more

Bought a 2022 jeep cherokee. milage is low only had 1600 miles . cant complain on that yes i get its branded. took a gamble on that. they say it was a front end collision. ive dealt with those before. good tires..looks nice when i got it, all the sensors needed recalibrated. they werent in any hurry to help me on that. took it to a Jeep dealership that same day they helped me asap costed me 219. hood was wobbly. had to replace that costed me 317. dealership said whoever installed it, did it crooked and didnt use the right bolts. i was told the oil change was done when it came in. was down to 70 percent life. had to put coolant and a full gallon of washer fluid in it. (guess that was on me since i didnt see it when i checked it out) still the principal of it. was told it costs 600 to buy a spare key. dealership charged me 400 and also told me thats not even the right setup for the key fob for a 2022 jeep. i was told it was smogged and it wasnt. said they would reimburse me, never got the check. anytime i emailed or texted my salesman..never got a response. ill never buy here again. good luck to whoever buys there. lets hope they back up their warranty WHEN something goes wrong. least is warrantied for engine and transmission. they kiss your butt till you sign. read more

First, though i had a positive experience getting my '19 Ford Flex Limited from Auto Savvy in Las Vegas, i would recommend caution to the average car shopper. Don't go there expecting a simple trade-in like you'd get down the street at the Chevy store. The cars that they market are former salvage cars that have been fixed to a very high degree of competence, but you don't know HOW badly they have been hurt. Some insurance companies automatically 'total' a car that is a theft recovery, but some cars here were far more damaged. IF you shop here, be DEMANDING! Ask LOTS of questions, get as many SPECIFICS as possible. if you aren't a 'car person', you might get help from someone who is well-versed, because there are hazards in vehicles of this type. In my case, I'm a lifelong car guy, having written for car magazines for decades. I worked as a subcontractor to dealers for 25+ years. I know how they talk and how they think. Not many do. I had two Ford Flexes when i came to Vegas, a '13 with high miles and a primo '19 SEL that i had paid $32k for at home in Alabama less than a year ago. I LOVE these things but i wanted a fresher' one than the '13, which had a buyer at the time. Ford stopped production of the FLEX in '19, so new ones ain't happening! They are best cars I've ever had..' So when i passed AUTOSAVVY and saw a couple of FLEXes on the lot i stopped. Looking at the best of the three I found the top-line LIMITED with just 37000 miles, well cared for, clean as a pin. the price? $22k!!! Thats when the sales guy let the 'branded title' cat out of the bag, BUT at ten grand less than my other '19 did it still pass muster? I checked the panel gaps and the color match, all good as any four year old car from the DESERT!!! i looked underneath, all looked well, and the inside was nearly perfect. The car drove NEW, all the tires matched, the rims hadn't been curbed, it idled smoothly and ran great, straight and true at every speed. My test drive was almost a half-hour. I'm in. The financials went well, and the dealer stored the car til almost three weeks later. all of that went just fine, i took delivery and drove to SoCal the next day, then cross country with only a couple of issues, only one of which had any impact on my opinion of AUTO SAVVY. The battery in the car needed replacement, period. That should have been offered from jump. it was dead when i took delivery, and died again the next morning as i was leaving the hotel. i called the dealer, they were sending help when i sourced it from the cool guys at LVPD. Later as i drove through the Palm Springs area the battery shorted out and i had to buy a replacement. Coulda been worse. Shouldnt've happened at all. Then there's the GRIT. The exterior plastics on any four year-old car in Las Vegas look like crap, and again, the GRIT IS EVERTYWHERE! A 'real' detail crew would help a LOT. The wiper blades were also trash, again it's the desert, but a more attentive pre-sale inspection and upgrades would save some issues down the road, no pun intended. So to close, good deals are possible here, I GOT ONE! But, I'm 5x more knowlegable than most folks who are car shopping. Be VERY CAREFUL, school up on your wants and needs, KNOW WHAT YOU WANT, and be the biggest PITA they ever met, OR go elsewhere. I lucked out. I hope you do too. read more

The very rude and abrasive employee that helped me asked me multiple times what he could do to have me drive off the lot with a car , I gave him one stipulation a good rate on said car. he got heated because I would not buy the car without a good rate, referred to me as "my guy", told me I was too "hard"of a customer and told me to leave. When I was walking back to my car, he yelled "you don't know what you're talking about" then sped off in the vehicle I was supposed to look at. I didn't even get to look at or test drive the car. He was very unprofessional and was cussing a lot throughout the entire experience. I am a customer, not your friend. Awful awful place to buy a car. he let off that all of the cars they have there are rebuilt titles. AutoSavvy is fraud and we have a huge case. April 24th I put $4500 down on a 2017 Nissan Titan XD and it did not arrive in Las Vegas till 05/07/2024 not even 7 days of driving it and it fully leaks oil as on 05/14/2024. So this gets far worse and since my wife traded her vehicle in that they took for $3300 plus $1500 down for a Nissan Sentra but we dropped it off to Auto Savvy here in Las Vegas 05/17/2024 . I'm creating two reports since both of us recently purchased clean title vehicles which stated passed inspection and no defects. So 13 days of my truck leaking oil and i had to purchase 05/20/2024 $86.71 to refill the oil that i fully lost. So this is just in a few weeks time after both of us purchased clean title vehicles and none was supposed to have no defects and passed inspection. After losing work twice and bringing in my truck on Monday 05/20/2024 I dropped off my truck with United Nissan here in Las Vegas, NV. As quoted from Nissan dealership they verified timing cover is leaking and found rear and main seal leaking from the crankshaft as a estimated $5,292.74 for repairs. me and my wife both been in a rental starting on 05/20/2024 as last Friday it was brought up once customer service name Cassy that they would help cover the car rental as well get my wives car checked at Nissan as a full diagnostic since her car has issues. today 05/29/2024 they took my truck back to auto savvy to be worked on and said they'll cover it. we are told to return the rental but now they're refusing to cover it and as well refusing a diagnostic on my wife's car. I demanded we want our money back since us both have defects on both vehicles and both are clean titles as well both have not even been able to run less then two weeks as having them. between both of us we are out $9300 as down payment cost as to both vehicles and extra for the rental we have had exactly 9 days and extra for the oil to refill. plus estimated repairs on two vehicles that both are defected. read more
