I purchased my vehicle on March 16, 2026. At first, everything was going smoothly. I also bought a 2-year warranty. The car is a 2014 Toyota Scion xB, and it seemed fine during the test drive. However, on March 28, I noticed that whenever I stopped at a stop sign, the engine made a strange noise. Something didn't feel right. I texted the salesperson, Melanie, but received no response. I then went to the shop and explained the issue. They test-drove the car, and I also mentioned that I had already filled the gas tank twice within a week. They told me to bring the car back the next day. I brought the vehicle in early the following morning. They said a mechanic would fix it, and later they called to say the car was ready. This was on March 29, 2026. However, it was a late call, and I didn't have enough time to pick it up. After two days, the check engine light came on. I texted Henry, and he told me to bring the vehicle back. On March 31, 2026, I dropped it off again. They said they would fix it, but after leaving it there all day, nothing was repaired. Instead, they told me to come back early on April 3. I returned again, having to use Uber, which was very frustrating. It's disappointing to buy a vehicle with engine problems, especially since this dealership was recommended by my cousin. I trusted them, but they have not been helpful at all. I have a 5-year-old child who needs to get to school, and I also need a reliable vehicle for work. I'm worried about my safety--what if the engine fails completely? The check engine light is still on, and it feels like they don't care. I plan to report this to the DMV because of their lack of action and concern for customer safety. I strongly advise others not to buy a vehicle from this place. If you do, make sure to bring an expert mechanic to inspect the engine. They don't even provide a proper service history of the vehicle. Be careful! These guys buy vehicles from auction clean them up and turn a profit. It's not a problem if you BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC to look your vehicle end to end. While they do provide a generous 30 day warranty; they allow vehicles to leave their lot leaking fluid with rusted out suspension components. They also spelt my name wrong on my credit application and I have had to go back and fix that as well. Honestly really nice people but I would pass unless I paid a mechanic to go through it first or got a killer deal. Just stay away from dealers on the East side. read more

Their miscommunication and unprofessionalism is what is gonna be their downfall as a business. The sales manager is clearly not meant to be in his position as manager. Promote Henry! He was great! Save yourself some time and just skip this place altogether. There's plenty of other dealerships on this same street. For context, they tried to get me to sign a loan for a car without taking in my trade in and NOT telling me. They were trying to have me get a second loan. So I would be paying 2 car loans, and they never informed me. And said it was a miscommunication error. I'm not upset about the trade in issue. I went in to this auto seller after going into their neighbor solid motors which was a very unpleasant experience and long waiting with many buyers sitting unattended to. I walked out to go get an uber but I seen this auto dealership that was filled with 5 times as many vehicles than solid motors and when I went in I was attended to and they were quick to try and understand my frustration. Jimmy and also the head manager showed they wanted to help me get into a vehicle and get me a car that day. To put the story short this was the real dealership in the area and they are real and genuine salesmen who go the extra effort to get you into a new car and work with your situation read more

*URGENT* I financed a car thru this dealership and a month later after driving 5k miles the engine failed. Now they won't do anything to help me. Sold me a car with transmission problems. I thought I felt something during the test drive with the owner, but he insisted there wasn't an issue and would have his mechanics look at it again.They said all was good. He sold me on a 6 month warranty, telling me that I would pay a deductible and it would cover any issues with it, just as a piece of mind. Turns out it was a "entry level" coverage that only covers $1,200. They made it sound like the deductible was cheap because it was only for 6 months. The owner acted like he cared about the work his mechanics put in, but clearly that's not the case. It was pretty clear from the jump they didn't care about my small sale, but it was a big purchase for me. In hindsight, after the test drive I should have gone elsewhere. I could write a novel on this experience, but I will never buy a car here again and I will absolutely be contacting the better business bureau as well. Thank you for misrepresenting a vehicle for sale and the $5,000 transmission shop bill for a car with 80k miles. read more

They sell cars with blown engines. I bought 2 cars from them with the same thing wrong with both cars now stuck in 2 contracts & none working vehicles. I purchased my first vehicle with ease and thinking this company is trustworthy, which I was very wrong ! Less than 4 months into my loan I had to do all new major maintenance work tune up , replace entire AC system, fuel pump just for my final diagnostic to say engine failure. I explained everything to Ali , he was very persistent into having me come back and getting a second vehicle since the first one I had such a bad experience. I ended up going back and getting another vehicle less than 2 months of me having the car I'm here again with the exact same issue needing to do a tune up just for them to tell me my engine is messed up, but this time I have a warranty but since Auto Vision didn't do any inspections on the vehicle prior to selling me the vehicle I may not be able to use my warranty. So in the end Auto Vision screwed me over in less than a year with 2 separate vehicles. You can't trust they will sell you a car that will last at least more than 6 months. read more

The manager Ali and his sales people are complete lying pieces of crap. I came into the dealership looking at a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Bella and ALI told me that there was another party interested in the car, but the first to buy would get it. I told Ali that I could not make a decision until I spoke to the woman I was buying the car for. Just before I was leaving, he told me he would hold the 2015 car for me until the next day if I gave him a deposit. I agreed and gave him a $500 deposit to hold the car until the following day. I called later this evening to ask a question about the car, and I was told that the car sold. That the people that were looking at it were there buying the car. Bella, who showed me the car told me that ALI made a mistake and thought I was buying a 2012 Hyundai. A complete bunch of Sh*t. I sat with ALI at his desk, went through the numbers on the 2015 Hyundai, the car I was told other people had been looking at. I showed no interest in the 2012 Hyundai These people are low life liars. Untrustworthy. I may take them to conciliation court for breach of contract and fraud. I do not recommend this place. It started off good before I got my car after the lot but afterwards it was just horrible service & bad communication. Test drove a car and it had a small crack in the window, but Henry told me that they would of course fix it. I took it back before 30 days to be fixed because the brakes needed to be fixed, and in the meantime I inquired about getting the windshield fixed multiple times but was always told to call back and we needed to talk to Fahim since he sold us the car. And now they're telling me since it's after 30 days I'll have to pay to fix it --- when the whole time I have been trying to reach out and schedule a date. read more
