Gary and his guys did a fantastic job. We could not be more pleased. They were quick, reasonably priced, and did beautiful work. We just needed something simple to comply with our HOA requirements to landscape within 6 months of closing. We had a tight budget because we just bought a house. Gary listened and came up with a quote quickly. We did get four other quotes and hands down Gary was the most reasonable and responsible. One company forgot to quote the whole NE corner of our yard. Once we confirmed we were going with him he got us a drawing for our HOA right away. Once approved he started the next day. He took less time to do the work than it took for the HOA to approve the work. Two weeks total and it rained 4 of those days. His guys were polite, careful and cleaned up each day. The finished product is beautiful and we are very happy. The concrete work was top notch! The only downside is he doesn't take credit cards. If he did we would have done much more! So disappointed. Gary came out to look at and bid a large landscape job. Everything seemed to go okay, we even spent in depth conversation about a personal issue of his that he was dealing with. He never got back to me with either a bid or a courtesy call to say he wouldn't be bidding the job. I even left him a voice mail saying if you weren't interested in the artificial turf install that I still needed the concrete path on the side of my house done. Still nothing. Hey Gary you wasted a half hour of my time. If you called or returned my call I wouldn't have considered it a waste, we just weren't a good fit, whatever. But, have you no clue that what you did by not even calling me was not only un-professional but rude. read more

They say they will get right back to you. I've tried 4 different times to get someone to call me back on a front yard landscape bid and no one over the course of two weeks will call me back. I know they do good work, but to leave someone hanging just doesn't seem very professional. I did not hire Gary to do our landscaping. He may very well do excellent work. Gary came to our home, we reviewed the job, I provided him with a set of drawings and specifications and we were told he would provide us with a bid in a week or so. Two weeks past and heard nothing. I contacted Gary on June 15th for an estimate on landscaping and had him out on the 17th for an estimate. I told him we are selling, and would like a small rock river surrounded by woodchip (similar to the attached photo of my neighbor's house which Gary landscaped and where I found his number). During the estimate, he Insisted to me that we would want to install all rock and add plants and run new drip irrigation. I declined those options but when I received my bid on June 19th they included all rock with new plants and new drip irrigation and He forgot to include one item that we had discussed. After my wife and I reviewed the bed I contacted him on June 20th with the edits and a reminder to include the item that was missing. After I received no response I called on June 22nd with no answer and followed up via email Requesting an updated quote. I received a text message from Gary on June 23rd To set a date for the work To be done on June 28th. I confirmed the date and asked again about the details and updated quote But he did not respond to those messages. I heard from Gary again on June 25th to let me know that he would price out the missing project "tomorrow" (26th), To which I agreed with but asked again about the change in details regarding the plants and rock in the original quote. This time I text him pictures of 2 examples of a "rock river" And but once again he never responded. On the 26th I received an email saying that he would price out the missing project "Tomorrow " (now the 27th) and asked for a list of all the projects that I would like done (already provided at least twice). So on that same day, the 26th, I sent him a list of all of the projects that I would like done. And requested, again, an updated bid when this was priced out. Didn't hear from Gary until the 28th when he told me he was confused about what we wanted done with rock vs. Mulch and told me he couldn't do the job until it was priced out. This time I told him I had already given pictures, but included them again, and had pointed out that I had been asking these questions for days, but explained it again. With no response Gary decided not to show up today. TL/DR Gary drug his feet and jerked us around for 14 days only to not show up. read more

Had a terrible experience with this company. I hired them to install turf in my back yard and sod in the front. They did an ok job on the front, but they did not cap the sprinklers underneath the turf in the back before installing the turf! So after a few weeks my tenant noticed water leaking out from under the turf. I had already paid Gary for the job and he stopped responding to my texts and would not pick up the phone. read more
