I think they can get pretty bogged down busy, but I've also experienced other photo labs hustle to get my shots back asap. I've called to ask for an update once and they said everything was scanned, just needed to be uploaded, and they'd do it "sometime tomorrow". And that's exactly what happened. You can pay extra to get them back faster, but they're also a tad pricey to begin with.

It was New Year's Eve and they didn't want me to have to wait until today to get my computer back so Gabriel saved the day and fixed the laptop before closing.
