    I should of read the reviews before I went there last Saturday. My son had his iPhone 7 repair for…read morea light crack. We just gave them $120.00 for NOTHING. It hasn't even been 7 days and my son's phone looks worse. OR someone doesn't know what they are doing. I've had some other devices screen replace by another company and never seen this issue so bad. I called to see if they would be willing to look at it and re-fix it, all I got was call back to offer me $20.00 off. So I would of been paying $220.00 to fix the screen correctly like it should of been done the first time. No thank you. Obviously good customer service and retaining customers is not their objective. They are using fake and cheap parts to repair the screen. It feels and looks like cheap paper. I have included a screenshot. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. Don't even take a chance like we did. It's so bad that now we have to purchase a new iPhone 7 at current retail price . I'm very upset and should not of trusted them with my phone.

I brought my laptop in while visiting my brother in Raleigh because upon plugging it in I noticed that the battery icon was reading "battery not detected". I had recently replaced the battery but it had been working just fine for about a week, no problems with battery detection during that time. Then all of a sudden it starts reading battery not detected. So I bring it in there May 28th for (only) a diagnostic because they do free diagnostics and I figured why not I may as well. Well, here we are on June 19th AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY LAPTOP AND THE PROBLEM STILL HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED. During the diagnostics they had ruled out the battery itself and the charger as potential causes of the problem so they thought it was that the diodes on the motherboard had gone bad. Fine. Do they call me ahead of time to tell me what they thought the problem was and ask if I wanted them to order the part first? No. They go ahead and order the part without my consent, meanwhile I need to be heading back to Boston within the next couple days. Because they had already ordered the part I felt compelled to just leave my laptop down there in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible (or so I thought). A week passes. Two weeks pass. They still haven't received the diodes. Not necessarily their fault, sure, but they make absolutely no attempt to keep me updated by calling me periodically. Nope, I have to go out of my way to call them at least five or six times over that time period to get an update, and half the time they didn't even know what the status was because my technician wasn't in and apparently they don't communicate with each other very well. They finally get the part in last week, they say they're working on it and will call me back, of course they don't call me back, so I call again on Monday only to learn that they replaced the diodes AND THAT DIDN'T EVEN RESOLVE THE ISSUE. So here we are, three weeks later, and we're back to the drawing board and it's as if I had never brought it in there to begin with (which I now wish I hadn't). I brought it in simply to get a diagnosis of the problem and it turned into this huge painstaking situation. I ended up having to send my brother who lives nearby in there today to rescue my poor laptop and ship it to me himself. It will FINALLY arrive on Saturday, 25 days since I brought it in, AND THE ISSUE STILL HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED. Not only will either of us never go to this place again, but I am also going to be extremely gunshy about taking my laptop ANYWHERE for service ever again. Lesson learned thanks to this absolutely awful experience: troubleshoot as much as you possibly can yourself, then bring your device in somewhere only if you absolutely have to. I can't speak to how this place does with phones but I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST anyone bringing their laptop in, because you won't see it anytime soon. At least they didn't charge me for all the trouble, but that's small consolation at this point. Thanks guys. Unprofessional, indifferent, and incompetent.
