He was very personable and, after talking with him for a couple minutes, it was apparent he was very knowledgeable. Ace absolutely delivered great service, staff and price. We had to remove a large section of concrete floor with terrazzo for a bath remodel. Regular tile crew wasted 3 hours with small saw, jack hammers and even a gas powered concrete saw (which was incredibly loud, slow and dusty). I finally told them to quit trying and went to Yelp. Owner Brian picked up first ring. I explained the job, he gave me an immediate quote and scheduled for the next day. In the morning I got a call from his cutting team leader, Brandon. Oh oh, I thought. They're going to move the job back. Nope, they wanted to come *early*. Great news! Brandon, Trevor and Joey showed up on time. They were professional, friendly and answered all my questions. The magic (expensive) piece of equipment is a hydraulic compressor that drives a water cooled saw. Not much noise and NO DUST AT ALL. It cuts concrete like cake and is amazing to watch. See pix. The crew removed all the cut concrete. When I called Brian to pay I explained that my crew would do the concrete fill because we had to wait for plumbing inspection. He credited me back $200! Bottom line is that if you need to cut concrete for any reason (and if you need to repair it later) call Ace.

SO I thought, a few days before they were going to start the job witch was supposed to take about 6 hours and then my pool guy was coming in the next day to apply the Pebbletek ...some guy calls me to tell me they can't do the job for the $2000 that ALL OF US shook Hands on. mind you, that was his Father or in-law that owns or was involved with the company who was the expert and his GM who over see the jobs.....tells me they all made a mistake and they didn't know what they doing ....Im not making this up.. LOL WTF..... I asked why then he would send me idiots to give a quote and waste 45 min of my time and then only give me a few days notice ???? he wanted a lot more money ... I of course I told him to go pound sand...I would really advise to do your due diligence if you are considering doing business with this company, with their bait and switch tactics and nobody knows what they are doing..... the messed up all my plans with their incompetence....
