We called the office at 7:55AM and reported it on a voicemail. Returned home at 9PM and the raccoon was still in the trap. We released it ourselves. It had bloody paws and a baby raccoon near by. Day 2: called during business hours for an explanation and was told someone would be out, nothing more. Day 3: a technician came out, re-set the trap with marshmallows??? Day 4: something went inside ate the marshmallows, defecated and left. Day 7: Open trap, no bait and no estimate to fill holes.

Mike and Joey did not try to sell us services that were not needed. Their recommendation was to do nothing. They simply said if we could deal with the random pest, they would not the do anything to treat for them. They made it clear that they could spray if we wanted them to, but that ultimately it probably was not worth the trouble. Their honesty was so refreshing.
