I bought tile for my bathroom remodel project. There were two problems. We were told the white color of the subway tile and the rail piece that goes above the subway tile would match and they don't, one is more white than the other. Also, we bought 12x24 tile for the shower wall and the tile was received warped and not flat. The installer showed me that the tile wasn't flat by putting it down on a flat surface and putting a level on it indicating that the tile surface wasn't flat. Because the tile wasn't flat we had to change the installation orientation. I wouldn't buy tile here again. read more

They are fraud, I would not recommend them to anyone. I was looking for Italian tiles, I talked to Tony and was very specific that I do not want any other brand, he showed me a sample and said it was Italian and I liked it, I asked for a sample and he said he does not have any but will get it by Monday, I called Monday and he said it has not arrived and it will arrive next Monday, when it finally came after 3 weeks, I went to pick it up, I asked him again if it was the same Italian one that I had picked and he said yes and told me the price which of course for Italian tiles it's more expensive and I knew it and was willing to pay for the quality, I brought the sample home and a week later when I was ready to order in bulk, I looked at the back of the tile and it says made in USA, this is fraud, he was going to sell me the brand that is half a price as a high end quality, I called him to check and he said, oh sorry they have moved the company to US! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I ordered tile for 7 different projects for my remodel. The store has a very large variety of anything you could want. Everything i ordered came in on time. I needed to call the owner Tony many times (sometimes daily) throughout my project to get more tile and each time he patiently took care of me with a smile AND had it the next day in most cases. Tony was so easy and nice to work with and gives great advice and recommendations. Edwin who also works there was just as accommodating and also took great care of me.
