I've spent…read moreright around 11K for sinks and faucets for 8 bathrooms, and I must say that the rep was very nice and very helpful and very knowledgeable, he did is part the best way Possible, but here is my problem with this place: they don't stock up anything, everything gets shipped from different locations so I started receiving at home bits and pieces of my orders over the next couple of weeks. The product did not arrive in retail packaging so it was really tough to know which was what. I had to take everything back to the showroom and my rep set down and wrote on each and every single piece what it was. Turned out that I've ended up ordering a few things wrong and needed to return them...Now, returning items is even a bigger headache..,you have to get a shipping label from them and start shipping different things back to their different locations. That was not acceptable to me so I returned the product back to the showroom and ask my rep to take care of the returns for me. It took over 3 weeks for me to receive the refunds which was pretty upsetting. In the meantime, I've checked with a different national distributor the prices on everything I've purchased and it turned out that I've paid about $2000 too much in comparison to what it would have cost me had I've purchased the same product from them. Needless to say: Very bad system, extremely over priced, and I will not be buying here again.

This place has a drive thru lumber yard, so you can pull your truck straight in to the store and load it on to your truck, this alone makes it superior. My back is very happy about that. They have a great window selection, great quartz counter top selection, (also in the lumberyard). They have great deals on doors, floors, cabinets, and everything you need for new build or remodel. Love this place. Staff isn't overworked like other places, so they are MUCH more helpful and knowledgeable.

Our visit was a half hour before closing. Onsite parking was plentiful. The property is enormous. Inventory seemed endless. In just molding and trim alone, there were over 30 options. So many options that it would've been hard to decide had I not been trying to match an existing baseboard. I had tried HD and Lowes prior to BMC with no luck. BMC had my baseboard. They seemed to have everything lumber wise. The on-site store inside also had a great selection of tools to get the job done. The gentlemen working inside were friendly. But outside it was a tad hard to find someone to assist. Perhaps it was because our visit was just before closing... Prices were decent. If you are looking for something specific or an amazing selection for your project, BMC should be on your list of places to go.

It's not just a lumberyard; they have hardware, tools, paint and everything else you need for construction. Everyone is helpful and knows their stuff. Lourdes, one of the reps inside, is the best; she's great to work with. Frank was the best yard guy, but he's no longer working here; miss him. But there are other good guys in the yard. This is a real lumberyard that works with contractors and other professionals in the field; homeowners and everyone else are also welcomed, but don't expect Home Depot or anything. I mean this in a good way; they don't waste your time here. Shop around, but come here with your prices and see what they can do for you.

After making MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot, Lowes and Ace Hardware to source hinges for kitchen cabinets I was trying to repair, I had almost given up on finding the hardware I needed. At each of the stores, I went in with a sample and, after waiting for long periods of time at to get help, I was told BY THE HARDWARE DEPARTMENT reps "this one will work". Each time I would get home and find it didn't fit or that parts were missing from the package. I went to Siggia and John gave me great service and provided me with hinges that actually fit the cabinet I was repairing. Yes, I had to wait for a bit--but he actually knew what he was doing. And, by the way--yes, I had to buy screws. But it was not a big deal since Siggia was still cheaper for two hinges and a package of screws than it's competition.

What a terrible company. Contracted them to get wood floors, wood stairs, and wood stair railing…read moreinstalled. Well, the floors and the stairs got done. But the contractor they sent to us to do the railing was completely and utterly incompetent. They destroyed easily $1,500 worth of railing material, and of course neither LL Flooring, nor Arthur's Remodeling (who is the subcontractor they sent out, you can find my review at the bottom of this review) will claim any responsibility for it. LL will just tell you that you have to claim it with Arthur's. Then Arthur's will just ignore you when you contact them about it. Save your money, buy your material from somewhere else, and find a better contractor to install it for you. Literally anywhere and anyone will be better than this lying company and the lying contractor they use. EDIT: Figured I should add this too. Looks like Arthur's Remodeling filed a complaint with Yelp regarding potential violations of review guidelines. Nothing in any of my reviews violates any of Yelp's guidelines. But no worries. I've kept copies and screenshots of these reviews just in case anything happens to them. You all deserve to know how exactly these companies operate. On that note, I'd like to add a little something else to this review. Almost every attempt to speak with LL Flooring's customer service was met with no response until I was forced to escalate the situation more than once. Emails went weeks without a response. Phone calls with no answer. Voice mails with no response. This company is absolutely not worth your time. Things will go wrong with the work and/or product, and when you attempt to contact this company to get it rectified, you will be ignored. Like I stated above, save your time and money, and go elsewhere. Place was empty but the worker had zero interest in helping, came up with all kinds of double speak as though the breaker could not be replace---huh what??? Went to another store down the street and was in / out with the new breaker in 10 minutes. What kind of electric supply is this?? Maybe that's why it was empty of customers.
