I went there last week to buy a few things. I browsed for a long time, no pressure sales, just helpfulness. I will continue to purchase my furniture here. They chairs came in sooner than expected, were delivered within the time frame promised, and the delivery guys set them up and took all the packing materials with them when they left. Last year, while shopping for a new dining table, the salesperson recognized us as repeat customers! Again, delivery made as promised, delivery guys were pleasant, took all the trash with them, and careful of our home. Another plus is that when you walk in, there is no pressure, no hovering sales person. They give you the space to look around their rather large (two floors) showroom. We'll be buying a new bedroom set soon, and plan on making them our first stop.
