I have been going to Valley sports for years, they are one of the only local stores that have been…read morein this community for decades, , Ritchie is very involved with the community and was a member of the school board in his free time,,, every time I go there he is extremely nice to me and my family and has always given us deals on sports equipment,, I also get screen printing and embroidery done there for My Barber Shop, he is extremely reliable and is a very popular face in Glencove and the surrounding towns,, if you need T-shirts sweatshirts jerseys definitely use this place. I usually deal with John who takes my orders and completes them,, I was very impressed with the work he just did for me being that he beat out all the other prices that I had shopped ,, he is always up-to-date on the latest fashions and the newest baseball equipment,, it's nice to know that there still somebody in the community that you could deal with face-to-face instead of using the Internet these days, I think it is very important to shop local and deal with local businesses,, The hats that I just got were top notch and the embroidery came out very sharp , thank you so much richiee and Jon I will be dealing with you guys forever,

Hired for an engraving job. Was told it would take 2 days. Had to call 3 times over the next 2…read moreweeks to even get a response. When I asked why I had to call 3x I was told he was busy and I shouldn't expect worknthsi quickly. When I pointed out that it was 7x longer than his quote he said "so we won't do it then" and hung up on When I went to pick up my work that still wasn't done the manager screamed at me and had to be asked multiple times to lower his voice. When I collected my property and told I wasn't interested in doing business with him he screamed "That's right I defend my guys. Don't worry I know your name, I know your name, I KNOW YOUR NAME!" He repeated this in a vaguely threatening manner as I left the store. Don't go here. Not just rude but outright hostile. Unprofessional. Can't keep to their obligations or even apologize let alone inform you if work will be delayed. I would give a lower rating if I could.
